Eric Martsolf last appeared on Passions 23 years ago. He turns 50 in July. The guy looks incredible for his age — or any age. And honestly, I think he’s in better shape now than he has been for a couple years.

So which is it? She’s phoning it in or trying to be a comedian? Again, I’d like to ask what exactly Stafford is supposed to do with that stuff they give her? What would make it interesting? If you don’t like her, fine, but pretending she’s failing because she’s lazy or doing it wrong doesn’t make sense to me. BoldRestless, do you have Comcast? Because my DVR skipped the same exact shows on Y&R and B&B, including Monday’s Y&R.

She sure gets a lot of airtime for someone production thinks is dried up. Look, I loved Gina Tognoni, but Michelle Stafford doesn’t phone it in.

Stafford is fine. She has her acting tics, but they’re much more controlled than in her last run. I really don’t get the complaints about her.

There’s far too much Kristen and Susan. It’s annoying as hell.

Really bad. Surprisingly, Victoria Konefal was worse than Robert Scott Wilson — much worse. Really didn’t expect that at all, but she was horrible.

Why so hard on Hunter King? I can understand hating a character, but you’re way into mean girl territory with those personal attacks.

Kelly Rutherford is in her 50’s and Luner and Melchior are in their late 40’s. Not saying that’s old, but shouldn’t the woman Kyle knocked up be a little younger?

I was a Julian fan, too. That character should have been redeemed and kept around. deVry is a strong actor, and I can think of many others I’d fire before him.

I think Michael E Knight is trying. I just hate his Southern gentleman take on the character. It’s awful, and it should’ve been ditched long ago. i’d kill off Cyrus and Martin tomorrow if I could.

I hated the Susan stuff. Too much craziness, too much yelling. Eileen Davidson made Susan work, but I don’t think Stacy Haiduk can do the same. After Ciara, do I want to see Ben with Claire? Not a chance. I still think this nuClaire is grossly miscast. The fortune cookie stuff was embarrassing.

Too many characters on this show are nice. That’s a big problem.

Brooke was just laughably ridiculous. After all the crap she’s pulled, acting stunned about Steffy getting pregnant was pathetic — and even worse, she never blamed Liam to any degree. Absurd.

Matt Ashford was AWFUL. So over-the-top my mouth fell open. Every scene was one lined screamed after another. That’s not acting. OTOH, I thought Linda Dano was great as Vivian, and I appreciated the Sorel touches. She’s so much better than Strasser in that role.

Let’s face it. Josh Griffith has the hots for Jason Thompson. We were crazy for ever thinking Jason’s job was in trouble.

I thought the flashbacks were trainwreck awful....so bad, yet so good. But those wigs? GMAFB. The flashback wigs were bad enough, but that mess put on Laura’s head was atrocious. JLB should sue.

I was just restricted from posting on Twitter for 12 hours because I said I wanted Franco to drive off a cliff. I couldn’t believe it. A CHARACTER can get you restricted??? Anyone else have this happen?

The Mariah surrogate story is awful. No one asked for this, no one wants to see it. She’s been friends with Abby for what, 10 minutes? And now she’ll carry the baby? GMAFB. Abby’s SOBBING about not having a baby 15 minutes into her marriage shows you how bad this show is right now. And what about Mariah looking around the Chancellor place like it’s some grand mansion? Gag me. That living room is tiny, and no, we don’t believe there’s a wing that Chance hasn’t seen. Who blocked the scene in Victoria’s house when she and Billy were working? Stevie Wonder? They looked stupid and ridiculous sitting in chairs across the room like that. Dont get me started on that set that looks different every time we see it, or the fact that they continue to line up the sofa and chair right in front of the fireplace — but facing away from it. A mess.

How does Adam get Chelsea upstairs in her wheelchair? And where is her bag for goin* to the bathroom?

Drop the corporate stories and the wealthy Newman and Abbott families? Then what’s left? I really don’t know where you’re suggesting they go. I haven’t seen anything in this crossover that makes it worth discussing. Summer found out nothing about Sally she couldn’t have learned in a phone call. What Sally did at Forrester would have been big news, so the whole thing is stupid anyway. Y&R won’t write in a gay Moses, self-loathing or otherwise. We’re not getting another gay character in town, because this show has no guts. I can’t even credit the Faith drinking story that so many people like. We never see Faith drinking or partying, probably because there’s no budget. And this older girl Jordan is a bust. Why would she want to hang with Faith? I could see if she wanted some of the Newman money, but they’re writing it as if she wants Faith around. Why? Does anyone think Faith is that much fun? And there’s also no reason given for Faith wanting to hang with Jordan and other girls who bully her. The storyline is bad.

I do not want to see Mariah carrying Abby’s baby. Kill me now with a wretched storyline like that.

The 2020 music isn’t bad, but the original cue is SO much better. Completely different atmosphere to the entire scene, and I have no idea why they’d even touch it. BTW, I thought Christel Khalil was just terrific in this episode.

Yeah, I agree. Y&R has done a nice job with these classics. I don’t think GH and B&B offered even one must-see episode during this entire period.
