Im glad Jake and Alison broke up. They were each other's worst pairing. Alison in season 5 was a complete mess. I hated her trading her corporate skirt for greasy bar jeans. Her stories that season just werent interesting and the character did feel kinda "done" by this point.

I'll be the lone person to disagree but I dont like Heather on OC. I dont know what it is but something about her irks me. She doesnt belong and feels very forced

IDA. Alexis was just as vital. She could be the central figure in the women's cover with Blake being the central figure in the men's. If you want to talk misrepresentation of product then why the heck is Jeff on the cover? He wasnt even part of the cast that season! I mean he was around in the first few episodes, but he missed the bulk of it as he moved over to the Colbys. He was not central or vital to this season at all. Adam or Steven would have been a better fit here

I rememebr Frons referring to Felicia as a matriarch back in 2003. Of course her airtime decreased and she was out. Matriarch is word Id use for someone like Lila, not someone who was still very young and vibrant as Kristina was at that time

I didnt even think about the husbands getting money. 50K at the low end isnt too shabby. The cast gets paid per season? I thought it was per episode. I thought that was the standard way for most reality shows. Is it like that for all series? Im atuomatically thinking about BH in which Kim wasnt in several episodes bc of her issues. I find that hard to beleive. It would have been close to 15 years since they've worked together. She's really that petty to hold onto a grudge that long to get his character killed off? Besides she wasnt on long and Trevor was only revealed dead as she was leaving. The character didnt even need to be around. They could have had him divorce her off screen to explain why they werent together

Season 4 was filmed right after season 3. There wasnt a break. It was filming at the time of last years reunion. Really its like Season 3 Pt 2 and NY pics

Kandi and Phaedra are really the only ones that seem to have a place on this show. Cynthia, surpsingly has seemingly become more relevant this season, but without Nene, who needs her? Nene is at the point where she needs to leave for her own career and future. Staying could make her miss her oppurtunity to move on. Kim seems to be over it and with her family and life coming together, its best she go to. Sheree has no story which is why she brought on her older daughter and her bf to give her something. Other than that she's had her child support issues which have gone nowhere and she's manufactured drama with Kandi and Cynthia to make herself feel relevant. I say keep Kandi and Phaedra and MAYBE Cynthia (although she can go too) and add 3 new people. Addind so many at one time though seems like such a big risk, but they should have added one or 2 this season to make the transition into next easier to swallow. Audiences dont tend to like abrupt changes like that but its time to shake things up.
