I agree; Leo was not a good fit for Tate at all. As a matter of fact, the recast pretty much killed the character and he has never really been the same. I would've rested Tate for a bit and eventually bring him back with a new actor who actually looks his age.

I'm sorry, but that Ashley/Grayson scene was pretty bad. I'm not too terribly impressed.

I have a very bad feeling that two of these characters are going to be killed off permanently; considering how Johnny is worried about Chanel's high risk pregnancy, I actually won't be surprised if Chanel dies from complications of childbirth and Johnny ends up leaving town heartbroken with their baby and maybe Trey/Tesoro and Tate has some sort of violent altercation with Sophia that results in him either getting injured or killed. With Tate gone, Brady can focus all of his attention on Rachel, especially if she ends up getting SORASed to a teenager at some point.

Isn't Kim Hunter the same lady that played Zira in those original Planet of the Ape movies from the 1970's? Yeah, this storyline with Anita is hitting really close to me too. I've had some family members have cancer in the past, and I also had other family members that have passed away from cancer, including an older cousin and an uncle. I myself had to have a borderline ovarian cyst removed a few years ago and I'm currently in remission, thank God.

I actually agree. I expect that he's going to be around for a long while, at least long enough to make some kind of impact on the show that's going to reverberate for many years to come. I see him lasting for at least another year or two depending on how things play out.

If they are keeping Ashley around, then they better figure out a way to improve her character.

This is probably just me speculating and shooting in the dark, but does anybody think that there is a possibility that maybe Vanessa might wind up pregnant with Joey's child at some point, especially when she does eventually find out that he was responsible for her husband's death. I mean, how incredibly soapy it would be if Vanessa were to break things off with Joey upon learning what really happened to Doug and then just a few short weeks later, she later finds out that she's pregnant and now she's really in deep doo-doo because sooner or later Joey's going to find out and he may want custody of the child. Just a thought.

Every day that goes on, I despise Ted even more. I mean, how much more of a dumbass can he possibly get? He really believes Leslie at face value that Vernon is cheating on Anita with someone else?

Yeah, Vanessa clearly has it bad for Joey. And if her recent comments were anything to go by, she never even loved the guy, and possibly hasn't been in love with him for a very long time, and that's assuming that she was ever in love with him to begin with.

Yeah now that I think about it, he wasn't such a bad headwriter. At least he made the show interesting. I really wish he hadn't left. It definitely feels like whatever made the show compelling pretty much left with him.

Well this is turning out to be quite the banner week. First the voice of Sheen from Jimmy Neutron dies along with the voice of Doug Dimmedome from "Fairly Oddparents" and now Rob Reiner and Anthony Geary. People cheering over Rob Reiner dying are so horribly disgusting it pisses me off. And I really hope that whoever killed Rob and his wife gets the maximum penalty possible.

Does anybody think that Eva is actually redeemable at this point? Because I have no idea where the writers are even going with Leslie & Eva at this point and I really didn't like how Eva acted with Laura the other day. Am I a moron for wanting to believe the best in Eva? I just don't know anymore.

If this show insists on keeping Tomas around, they really have to recast him at some point. He's just plain awful.

I don't understand why Sharon and Tracy are acting so shocked about Leslie being Barbara's daughter. "Oh, we would've known..." Oh really? You people were the ones that basically threw her out and you never even kept in touch with her afterwards. Miss me with that crap. Don't you dare pretend you gave a crap about her now. Maybe Barbara didn't want them to know because as far as she was concerned, she might've viewed them as being responsible for her losing her career and dreams of becoming a famous singer? Have they ever thought of that? They never even bothered to stand up for her when Dante forced her out. It's just dumb.

Okay the only thing that bothers me about this character so far is his name. Why is it spelled KIAL if it's supposed to be pronounced KYLE? Why not just spell the &%^$ name properly? It just looks weird and off-putting; I'm sorry. And this is supposed to be a guy who's in Nicole and Dani's age group.

At this point I'd rather they bring on someone new for Michael if they intend for him to be the next gen Alan type, because if he's supposed to have the type of relationship that Alan and Monica had, I just don't really see it with Willow. Willow is just basically a crazy unhinged psychopath at this point and she only has a certain amount of shelf life. I wouldn't hate the idea of bringing Serena on except that pretty much all of Scotty's kids are dead and I don't want her to be next. Zoe could probably work too. They could also bring on Lisa Yamada to play Selina Wu's daughter or something.

How convenient that Carlton is suddenly unable to accompany Nicole to Winterfest. Kind of lame if you ask me. I was looking forward to seeing them together. Is this all because this Dr. Rollins character can suddenly swoop in in his place? I have a feeling that Carlton may not be long for this show. And wow, Chelsea. Way to be supportive of your girlfriend. Hopefully Madison's mom shows up at some point because I really want to get a better picture of her and Madison's dynamic.

That's hilarious! I actually remember featuring Margarita in my fanfics, (back when I had no idea that I was actually writing fanfics, and no, I never did post those online, and thank God too, because they were pretty bad lol), and just now I decided to create an OC loosely based on her named Juanita Ramos and I'm going to debut her in a Thanksgiving-themed Beyond The Gates-centric fanfic I'm going to write. I already wrote out a whole backstory for her and everything. I even did a character model on her in Sims 4. Also I did a deep dive into Daniela Romo and apparently she had been singing long before she became an actress. I actually listened to some of her songs and they are pretty good; she's actually a very good singer. I actually have some favorites I've been obsessively listening to nonstop. I also do a video series on YouTube and I'm actually thinking of doing an episode on her soon, but not right now because this week is Thanksgiving and also this Sunday is my birthday.
