At this point I would be totally fine with retconning Willow to not be Nina's daughter after all, especially since they will never have an actual relationship as mother and daughter anyway. Just leave Nelle as Nina's only child.

So regarding Naomi and Jacob... if the writers are fully intending on breaking them up at some point, then they need to find a woman for Jacob that's willing to have his kids. But if they want them to remain together somehow, then at some point they need to bring on an ex-girlfriend from Jacob's past with a kid in tow that Jacob has no idea even existed. That way Jacob gets to be the father he wants and Naomi doesn't have to have a kid if she doesn't want to.

I'm really liking Eva and Izaiah so far. They have far better chemistry than her and Tomas. Kat can have Tomas for all I care if she wants him so bad. I know that many Kat stans really want Izaiah for her but I think he may be better suited for Eva. On the other hand, I hope eventually Kat gets away from Tomas and ends up with someone better. Maybe they will pair her up with Donnell, (isn't Donnell more or less in the same age range as Kat and Eva?)

So I was just reading up on Janice Barnes's wiki page last night and I was pondering on her death at the hands of the Riverfront Knifer. Was she really brought back as a young adult just to be killed off later, because it seems like she probably would've eventually left town anyway if she hadn't died when she did. I do wonder if she hadn't been murdered that maybe she might have come back in a few short years anyway with a baby in tow and we would've been left wondering if it was Bill or Mike's or maybe someone else's. I don't know... it just seems like a total waste to me. The fact that she was Maggie's former foster kid and she wasn't actually related to anybody in town means that she could've had a lot of potential story potential and she could've been paired up with pretty much anybody. I also would've loved to see what her dynamic would've been with Melissa and/or Sarah over the years.

I really hope after all of that that Naomi doesn't wind up pregnant for realsies now. But honestly with this show it wouldn't even surprise me at this point.

So Naomi isn't even pregnant? What was even the point of that? Was this just a plot device to introduce cracks in Naomi and Jacob's marriage that would result in it falling completely apart?

The only way I can see Ted and Nicole ever reuniting in the future is if it either turns out that Eva is not Ted's kid after all or maybe she's actually Ted and Nicole's daughter that was swapped with Kat somehow. As long as Eva is basically a reminder of Ted's infidelity, I just can't see Nicole ever taking him back. On the other hand, if Ted isn't actually Eva's father, then who is? Alan, Leslie's dead husband? I can't think of anybody else that could be her father at this point.

I really hope Nicole and Ted are over for good. They both need to move on. I don't want to see Ted with Leslie either. I really want Nicole to be with someone who actually loves and appreciates her, if it's with Carlton or with someone else; I don't care who. Also I don't understand why Mona and Laura are rooting for Nicole to get back with Ted even after what Ted did to her. Who wants to be with a guy who basically abandoned her while she was going through some horrible miscarriages? Just no. And please don't tell me that Vernon is going to wind up a cheater too.

I never thought I'd say this, but I'm actually starting to warm up to Dani and Andre as a couple quite a bit, especially since everybody in town is pretty much against them. They actually have a lot of chemistry and heat. I really wish they were endgame; I don't want Andre to get saddled with boring Ashley. She can have Derek for all I care.

I won't blame her if she never wants to come back to the show. And I know this may be an unpopular opinion, but at this point I'm perfectly fine with Nicole being killed off permanently. That way if they want to bring back Eric at some point, they can just bring him back with baby Jude with a new actor and he can move on to a new love interest. Also if they recast Nicole, is there any guarantee that Ericole 3.0. might even work this time around? I wouldn't want to risk that. Otherwise, we're going to end up in the same situation as Chad/Abby, where Chabby fans are begging for Abby to be resurrected from the dead and Chad is stuck in a dead end relationship with an unpopular character that nobody wants.

This whole baby Tesoro storyline was a huge massive waste of time. If all the writers wanted was to create some short term drama with Holly and Tate, then they shouldn't have even bothered with this story. If Sophia was going to be pregnant with Tate's baby, then they need to see the whole thing through. If she was going to pretend the baby was Tate's, then that should've been obvious from the beginning. There should've been a scene where Aaron and Sophia slept together on the same night that Sophia and Tate were together so it would've been more ambiguous. Once this story is over, what's even next for Tate? What's he going to do that's actually going to be relevant and interesting other than to be lovey-dovey with Holly? He really has nothing going for him at this point. Honestly the writers need to cut their losses with Tate and have him go back to California to be with Theresa and Kim for a while and wait a few years to recast with an actual age appropriate actor. Move Holly on with someone else. And with Aaron possibly gone sooner or later, now would be a great time to bring on Holly's brother Parker for Arianna and Noah for Holly.

Smitty is really starting to get on my nerves. What exactly does he want Martin to do? I wish Martin would say to hell with it and just turn himself in anyway. Besides, that whole sordid affair with Kenny is going to come out sooner or later anyway and what they are going to do then? Secrets always come out on soaps. I can't wait to see what the Duprees are going to do when they are in the middle of a massive public murder trial.

That's true but it's not like Days ever really gave a crap about Eric as a character to begin with. The only pairing he had that was ever really successful that people liked was with Nicole, and the writers/TPTB pretty much screwed them over every chance they got.

I think he's probably referring to Tyrell and Samantha, maybe?

Let's just hope that this show treats him a lot better than Days did. Also I guess this means we're pretty much never seeing Eric again, which is just as well.

I'm guessing that they brought Jeremy back as single without a family so that he could be an interloper for Alex/Stephanie for a while and if this version proves popular enough, he might end up getting paired with someone down the line. If he just crashes and burns for whatever reason, I won't be surprised if he ends up gone in a year or so. Time will tell, of course, but so far I'm not entirely convinced that he's actually changed.

That would be pretty problematic considering he tried to drown her in a hot tub while they were dating years ago. I honestly don't know how you can realistically get past that without making Stephanie look dumb and foolish in the process. Also I'm pretty much expecting the writers to portray Jeremy as total scum just to make Alex look better in comparison.

This is exactly why I'm not taking this at face value. We don't even know if the DNA test results are actually legit; not to mention that there is a long and well documented history of DNA test tampering at the hospital. I want actual proof one way or another before we jump to conclusions.

So if the DNA test is to be believed, if Tate isn't Tesoro's father, does that mean Aaron is? I wonder if it's going to come out later that Sophia took advantage of him in some way in order to get pregnant and pass off the baby as Tate's. Wouldn't surprise me at this rate.

For all of Vanessa's flaws, she is definitely a very interesting character. And Lauren Buglioli is definitely a very competent and good actress. At least she keeps people watching, unlike some other certain people on this show, (*cough* Ashley/Derek *cough*)

Too bad they're both being wasted on this nothingburger character like Tomas.

At the rate we're going, I highly doubt that's ever going to happen. Not that I care anyway. Kat and Eva should be despising each other for the rest of their lives as far as I'm concerned.
