Honestly, I'm at a point where if Hayley's going to be nothing more than a plot point, then I say get rid of her. I thought she was going to be an interesting character but she's nothing more than a dull interloper for Dani/Bill, and it's pretty clear that there's still some unfinished business between them. Dani needs a real rival that can toe to toe with her.

I feel the same way. And even if we do end up having elections in 2028, I have serious doubts that they will be free and fair. I feel like it's practically inevitable that J.D. Vance is going to end up becoming our next president regardless of what happens to Trump in the next couple of years. And if a Democrat does somehow win, the Republicans are going to do everything in their power to overturn and rig the results to go their way and the Supreme Court is going to stand by and allow them.

I actually liked June and Samantha's conversation at Orphey Gene's. June gave her some pretty good advice. I also think Smitty is acting ridiculous and overbearing and I don't really like how he acted with Martin. I still don't understand why these two aren't getting divorced. How much longer is Martin going to tolerate Smitty's crap?

I had a pretty major argument with my parents earlier today on my way to the eye doctor to get my new glasses readjusted. My daddy actually believes Trump's ridiculous claims that Tylenol and their so called link to autism and he also literally told me that the press is the enemy because they are all a bunch of commies. So I guess he's okay with this country becoming full on fascist just as long as it's the Republicans in power. And when I told him how I was afraid that one day the government was going to come to our house and take me away to a wellness farm, he actually laughed at me and told me that I was being ridiculous and hysterical. It's just so frustrating. This is why I don't really care what happens to me anymore. Because I know how much this country despises disabled people and now with RFK Jr on the war path when it comes to autism, it's only a matter of time before the government decides that they have to get rid of every single autistic person in this country by any means necessary. And when that day comes, my days are pretty much numbered and there is nothing I can do at that point.

I get people liking Dani and Andre, but liking them enough to actually have them get married?! I still think this whole marriage thing is pretty bizarre to me. I really don't understand the purpose of this. Maybe Dani and Andre will realize that getting married on a whim is a big mistake and they get an annulment after sobering up?

How sad and tragic. He was so young and such a senseless death too. He was obviously a talented photographer judging by the many photos I've seen of various celebrities in the industry. May he rest in peace. I also hope the other person involved gets charged with vehicular manslaughter.

This episode sucked royally. I don't even know if I should even watch tomorrow's episode; I'm thinking of skipping it especially since I got some stuff to do tomorrow.

Lovely; I was watching today's episode and it just got interrupted by a stupid special news report about Charlie Kirk right as I was watching a Ted/Leslie scene. Ugh, hopefully it doesn't last for the whole episode.

Yeah, what happened here does not put Smitty in a good light here at all, unless this is a way for the writers to gradually have Martin and Smitty drift even further apart as Smitty struggles to forgive Martin and then eventually he's going to decide that he can't be married to Martin anymore and he's going to divorce him. Maybe this might also include Smitty eventually developing feelings for another man and this might result in him having a sexual encounter with him where Martin catches them together and is so devastated and hurt that he finally decides to end it with Smitty for good.

I'm calling it now: this is going to serve as a major turning point that is going to get us one step closer to an eventual full on civil war between the right and the left. There is no way that the Republicans aren't going to be out for blood and want some kind of revenge for what happened to Charlie Kirk. I definitely see a lot more similar incidents like this happening a lot more often in the near future, regardless of whether or not they prove fatal.

Yeah, this is why I've decided to largely stay away from politics and not discuss it with anybody, not even my own family and friends. Because what's the point? They're just going to believe whatever they believe no matter what. And I also decided that I'm going to try to enjoy life as much as I possibly can until I can't anymore, (either my family becomes completely bankrupt as a result of the Big Beautiful Bill and we lose everything and have to live out in the streets, or the government comes barging through my home and drags me away into a black van and whisks me somewhere where no one will ever see or hear from me ever again).

I don't understand why Smitty agreed to sleep with Martin in the first place if he was going to reject him right after. He would've been better off saying no. And I still think they need to divorce and date other people for a while.

I guess she is because otherwise there is no explanation for why the writing for her has suddenly turned on a dime and she just comes out stupid and deluded. I'm really disappointed because I was starting to like her too.

I really hope the writers are not going to do what I think they might be doing when it comes to Vernon and Anita. They better not make Vernon Leslie's dad. I wonder if Jacob is going to start wanting kids and Naomi doesn't and that is going to be the major source of their conflict. Is Doug going to die? Because it sounds like it. Although I'm not sure why Ashley and Vanessa are mentioned in the same sentence? Maybe Joey is going to turn out to be her dad after all.
