Notes: I truly, deeply hope that the writers keep Shanice leveled out, because episodes like today prove she is much more accessible and likeable when she is not being the gossipy gossip or being unprofessional at work. And Ernestine Johnson can handle that kind of material. I just noticed: why the Hell is the pocket on Derek's hospital gown in the middle? So awkward. The music in the scene where Dana and Eva were celebrating was a bit too loud over the dialogue. They could have dialed it back a few.
