  1. As far as we were made aware, she only made cosmetic changes with paint colours she didn't recognize, LOL. And considering the continued mess the rooftop pool has been, which was put in under Ms. "I'M A BIG GIRL," these windows screams her, too.
  2. Caroline "Carly" Roberts Benson Quartermaine Corinthos Alcazar Corinthos Jacks Corinthos Morgan Spencer. That's who.
  3. Ugh. She is stunning! So ageless.
  4. 🤣 "OH MAH GAWD GURL NO! NOT IN THE POOL! OH HELL NAH!"
  5. Why did he begin to laugh at the end. OMG.
  6. Disappointed, as I wasn't impressed with Ambitions, but congratulations to Ms. Sandifer.
  7. It explains why the General Hospital section is a complete mess, and it's sad that a lot of prior news postings are about to be gone. Sad to see this part of soap reporting history just be gone. So disappointing.
  8. I'm really hoping none of this happens. I'm hoping The Gates is its own production without connections. I get why people want this... but it's going to be 2025... leave things in the past.
  9. Log-off Ms. Val Jean! Haha. Focus on the positives.
  10. I'd really bring back Shelley Curtis as executive producer. She can still run a tight ship, and was doing it on Bold as a director, and I do think she could handle it on a budget and the canvas wouldn't suffer. This is what she had to say with Maurice Benard back in December 2021 (published time) concerning budget, etc: It's riveting to hear someone, especially a female, talk about her process and how she does things. It's amazing. But again, we need Nathan Varni gone and for ABC Television to not be running things.
  11. I think she did the best she could, honestly. But, the move to the west coast really improved things, especially since [most] of the sets were re-build from ground zero. And I felt she and her team did a good job with them, as well as the outdoor scenes (more so than General Hospital ever has done). Because people just want that connection, even though there is zero reason for it. Not all soaps need to be related, LOL. Oh, absolutely, and that's exciting.
  12. At this point, I'd take him as head writer, because at least some shït would happen on-canvas, and there would be some movement of any kind, aside from "slow".
  13. Not for the past few seasons; season thirty-seven of The Bold and the Beautiful began September 21, 2023, while season fifty-one of The Young and the Restless began October 3, 2023.
  14. If the specs were right, I'd love for Tyler Perry Studios to be used. But, if production cannot bring in their own cameras etc then I'd be against it. The camera work by Perry at the studios feels very... web series level. Here are a list of studios on the lot. There are twelve of them. In comparison, here are the list of studios at Television City; I know The Price is Right filmed in Stage 33, which is one of the larger studios. The Young and the Restless films on Stage 43 (109’ x 110’), while The Bold and the Beautiful films on Stage 31 (130’ x 110’). All of the studios at Tyler Perry Studios are 100' x 200', except for Studio 1 (a.k.a. Oprah Winfrey soundstage), which is at 154' x 252'.
  15. So far only name is Val Jean, and the reported Emmy winner (unnamed). I'm okay with names as head writers, for right now, and then allow those hired in as script / breakdown writers to learn the ropes from Val Jean and those she brings in name-wise.
  16. That doesn't mean they'll be four-months ahead in shooting, though. They're likely sticking to the common-placed six-to-eight weeks tape-to-air model that all but Days of Our Lives employs.
  17. While I would have wished for new names, I am [cautiously] welcoming back Bob Guza and Julie Hanan Farruthers back to the daytime fold. Now, I need to see Patrick Mulcahey named as one of the head writers, stat! Do we have word, as I cannot recall, if Michele Val Jean is also one of the head writers for this?
  18. I don't dislike her as much as others; I feel like she did what she could with what she had, and felt she did well as transferring the soap from the east to west coasts, and keeping [most] of her cast on board. Plus, the HD production for All My Children was some of the best, ever! OPE!
  19. My guess is it's a policy put in-place in case it does not pull the ratings it wants, and allows for a potential fall replacement?
  20. Also.. sounds like shooting starts November 4 of this year, so I suspect we'll have six-to-eight weeks of material to work with prior to the January 2025 targeted premiere.
