  1. Even Eric Braeden knew they hit gold in casting her; she brought her A-game, again, another proof of how east coast soap talent differed from the west coast talent. They bring IT!
  2. Michele Val Jean & Robert Guza Jnr are not the only creatives that [could] turn things around. But first and foremost, Frank Valentini & Nate Varni need to go. 💯💯
  3. It does, and that very much seems to be what CBS Studios is doing: focusing on their "core four," a.k.a. the Duprees, with others sprinkled in. It's very clear this is what's going on. And I'm okay with it. There is a reason the castings of Daphnée Duplaix, Karla Mosley & Tamara Tunie were announced first. Well, NuTime Media is in-charge of handling the ads sold during Beyond the Gates (back when it was The Gates). So I would imagine there might be some positive pull in that way, as well. We know Entertainment Tonight will have a segment with [some] of the non-"core four" actors, so that's to-come, as well.
  4. Just caught up, and I am really enjoying the stories right now, as a whole.
  5. Not surprised in the least.
  6. They looked bigger than any hotel I've ever stayed in, and I'd paid $$ for hotel rooms, hhahah.
  7. I think it's only been a day or so (reel-time) since he was admitted in?
  8. If there's one thing the Grand Phoenix was good for: it was their hotel rooms. They felt modern, familiar and a nice change from the same old GCAC room remodels we got when Devon purchased it.
  9. A romantic pairing (Lucy) seems to be what they're giving him. 😀
  10. Well, the Newman set showed even without Ed Scott, thought is being put into production designs. But this set feels, to me, a bit like the original Brooks family home (which is where I always believed Billy/Victoria should have moved into back in the day).
  11. It was nice not to hear her screaming, although, she should stick to destroying her own hotel room decor (since it's hideous). The hotel in Germany shows what a nice use of colour can do to the sets of GH. If Cyrus can kill a few more people, whether via Digitalis or otherwise, I'll be happy. And Carlo Rota is someone I actually like a Jenz Sidwell. He's charismatic, even if the character is giving Cyrus canvas replacement. But giving him Wyndemere seems to be setting him up for a bit more story.

  13. Pre-empted. West had some hope with Tyler Christopher & Nick Stabile in their iterations of Nik Cassadine, but then got saddled with "he tries" Marcus Coloma for too long. Hearst is the first true potential pairing I feel like she's had in forever in daytime. And I am here for it.

  17. Another new, beautiful set! Very dynamic and has some warm depth.
  18. Such an exciting time. We're getting so close!!
  19. Jamie Martin Mann (ex-Tate, Days of Our Lives) has joined the cast of Stranger Things: the First Shadow in the role of Ted Wheeler, a Broadway stage production, which opens at the Marquis Theatre, New York on March 28, 2025. (https://broadway.strangerthingsonstage.com/)
  20. It's bad. So bad. Time for Vanessa Marcil to agree to a six-month stint, (s/o @carolineg) to push Eva LaRue's Natalia out and to escort Maurice Benard's Sonny off-canvas, for good. As a #RAVA lover, I appreciate their banter. Rick Hearst & Maura West have insane chemistry. That kiss had been lingering since Christmastime, so I'm happy we [finally] got it. Hearst is West's best on-air chemistry since Michael Park.
