Episode #62 Thurs May 29 US, Dani arrived at the bar at closing time and used her Dupree name to request that the bartender serve her even though it was past closing time. Then Doug walked in and Dani convinced the bartender to serve him too. They were both drowning their sorrows, and the scene switched to Vanessa/Joey having sex on the card table. Then no followup. Did Dani and Doug talk? Or... ? Where did Doug go? When the next episode started, it was the next day and Dani was meeting with Pamela, and Pamela arranged for some hot guy to date Dani, but Dani wasn't interested.

disagree on all counts To me it's obvious that what Marlena meant was that she was already a complete person within herself before meeting John; but after meeting John her life blossomed to a new level she hadn't known before. I don't think she was bound to John as back and forth caretakers. I think she and John were true equals. Roman loved Marlena in his own way but he was somewhat patronizing at times.

The very last sentence of this April article by Stephanie Sloane says that Sami will be back for John's memorial, but gives no details as to when Sami arrives in Salem. https://www.tvinsider.com/1184983/days-of-our-lives-sami-brady-return-2025-alison-sweeney-interview/ Don't think it's been announced yet when the memorial service airs. I don't know if Sydney has been cast? The character dialogue of recent episodes mentions that Chelsea is there to see Bo or at the hotel, etc. But she hasn't appeared onscreen yet... not sure when/if we would see her? Rachel Melvin wasn't announced as one of the returns. Week of June 2-6: Leann Hunley returns as Anna, per SOD. Thurs. June 12: Thaao Penghlis returns as Tony, per his tweet. Fri. June 20: Cary Christopher reappears as Thomas per his facebook.

Per SOD, Tess Auberjonois appears as Judge Eva Heran, who presides over the divorce and custody proceedings for Michael and Willow. Tess' father was actor René Auberjonois, who played Odo on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine and Clayton on Benson.

But Kat didn't have any idea what the jacket was when she tried it on. During episode #63 (Friday U.S.) they were sorting through the boxes of clothing donations from the church. Kat commented that people should donate nice things, so that the recipients have nice things to wear. Kat picked up various articles of clothing and looked at them. Kat saw the jacket and tried it on, and said "classic leather jacket!" and spun around modeling it for Nicole and Mona, saying "this would make anyone's day!", meaning that it was a nice thing that was donated. Then she put her hands in the pockets, not looking for anything... and then her hands felt the receipts inside the pockets, and looked at them. Then Kat realized it was probably the villainous motorcycle driver's jacket.

I don't think Sharon is ugly at all. I think age lines are realistic and I appreciate them. I understand her being bitter, event though I don't know what the secret is yet, but obviously she has struggled. I liked that Sharon had edge and anger -- for me it gave the scenes realness.

Yes it's sad 😢 that Sami didn't make it back in time to say goodbye but John loved her and his spirit would have felt her spirit with him. He would have known in his heart that she wanted to be there. 🤎

On May 27, Johnny spoke to Sami on the phone, and learned that Sami and Sydney were trying to fly in from Sicily, but were stopped by a volcanic eruption because the ash had grounded all the planes. As discussed on the May thread, ash from Mt. Etna in Sicily caused planes to be grounded in summer 2024, so Cwikly/Ford would have known that. (I just learned that Mt. Etna has been considered "active" with intermittent activity since 2022, including February, April, and May 2025.) Friday May 30, Will said that Sami and Sydney found another flight and will be here soon. Well, Sami and Sydney got out just in time, because … There was (and still is ongoing) a huge eruption of Mt.
