They post it on tiktok as a series of gifs without audio. Tiktok automatically puts it together and then random music is added. This twitter video is taken from that tiktok. Interesting. I was noticing their resemblance recently. I was thinking that Conner Floyd is a deSORASed Chance Chancellor. (Chance should be much much much older that currently written -- Chance was born the same year as Nick Newman). I thought they should have made Billy Flynn be a recast Chance, who decides to work as a cop by day but is secretly building a business empire in the background. The resemblance is strong enough and the ages work better. Oh well.

Okay so I said the bedroom sets were sleeper cars on the train, and not bedrooms inside the Dumas mansion. That is true. The bedrooms are on the train. But that's where Victor and Nikki go to relax while waiting for Dumas to arrive, to their private train car. Really. It seems like the train car bedrooms are used while the train is parked at the estate? Did I miss something? LOL. Sigh.

Ashley started out as a cheery MarySue - but now Ashley seems to be written to be much more neurotic/annoying, so *perhaps* something has shifted since the show began airing? Maybe they realized that the original characterization was a dud. Or maybe the shift was long-planned? Who knows. Personally, I don't think MVJ was upset about viewer reaction to Ashley in particular. I don't even think she's upset -- It seemed (to me) that she was just being blunt or a bit gruff. I think she's simply saying that there's longterm stuff coming for *all* the storylines/characters, which will eventually air and surprise the viewers, and cause the viewers to understand why some things currently seem weird or "off". In other words: MVJ is aware that frustrated viewers are exclaiming "Make it make sense!" And MVJ is saying, "Don't worry, it will make sense eventually!" Obviously I don't know what goes on behind-the-scenes. I'm just giving my interpretation of her tweet -- I'm just guessing. And I admit that I'm being optimistic. I'm curious how the Martin reveal will play out, (and also the reveal for the character June) , because currently I can guess about both but really have no idea. I'm looking forward to being surprised.

Juneteenth was mentioned in the promo for this week, with Paulina and Abe toasting to the holiday, and Chanel looking sad. Because the editing of the funeral episodes caused some scenes to be shifted into new episodes, I wonder if Juneteenth will air on June 19 or June 20? Edit: June 19 and the following episode(s) are one "Salem day" which references the Abe/Paulina wedding anniversary in dialogue. I don't know when the anniversary dinner airs. (June 20? June 23? )
