  1. Oh no, I'm so sorry to hear that I agree, I hate the idea of rewarding her. Plus the show has been so much better without her anyway.
  2. Wow! I haven't decided yet if I want her back on SLC or not.
  3. Re: Karen - WOW! Good for her, she must have been a model prisoner for sure, happy to see it. I read they're still filming this season, so I bet they try and get her in. I just wonder if she's mentally ready for that right out of the gate, or if she's truly changed and wants to focus first on family and then reconsider joining the next season.
  4. Exactly my feelings on it! You said it better than me haha.
  5. I'm conflicted. I agree she should want to be by her husband's side, but she didn't listen and the timing was awful in the moment. I was really enjoying Hayley/Caroline in the beginning, but then Hayley lost me with her inability to see that being at the DuPree house wasn't where she's needed/wanted, and only causing more stress/anxiety. Support Bill outside of that specific environment. I haven't been Team Naomi lately, but that scene with Nicole sure was good and really needed, so kudos to the writers. Kat stays doing the most, which part of me loves and part of me wants to jump through the TV screen, pull her to the side and set her mouth straight LOL. I'm really enjoying this Alison/Chelsea storyline. Are there flaws? Sure, but overall it's giving more classic soap opera with modern twists (like lesbian/poly relationships, social media reach out and online stalking/catfishing, etc). Granted, I haven't watched a modern day soap opera since AMC/OLTL went off the air, so maybe the current soaps have done some of this more recently.
  6. Ahh could be, I must have forgotten that little detail.
  7. I just got to it and what a great episode! Watros really did a great job.
  8. Totally agree and get what you're saying. I felt the same. I also sort of felt sorry for Allison at the end, when her perfectly curated wine/meal was destroyed. She's crazy, but I felt for her in that moment.
  9. LOL!!! So good.😂 I do like the images/scenes Chelsea is having with each family member to help her get through this. It's unique and different.
  10. We can't say kill now? We're using 'unalive'? 😒 I do like this drama though!
  11. Whelp, it was Alison, shocker haha. I hope she's chained up for a while though. I hope she isn't saved and Alison thrown in jail by Friday.
  12. LOL 100%! So glad others agree
  13. 1992: Who remembers this shocking moment at the Wildwind Ball when Helga wheels in a comatose Angelique? At first, Erica finds her alone and freaks out about seeing a 'dead body', complete with her candelabra. Later, Helga wheels her into the main room and announces to Dimitri and Natalie that his true wife is alive. I loved how Helga yells at Natalie to get out of the castle. All of this happening just after Janet threw Natalie down the well and AMC introduces Dimitri and Wilwind. So gothic, so cool and so riveting. This was great soap opera. There is a reason AMC was must-see TV in the early 90s.
  14. Happy to hear it - always on the same page with AMC ♥️
  15. LOL very true - he did mention he saw Vanessa with a bunch of nuns and people thought he was crazy, except Leo. They never really did acknowledge that after the fact, but again, I think the nuRoger recast might have had something to do with that. I really feel like Roger would have been used way more during May-July 1997 had Zaslow been there.
  16. I don't think so - the only people that thought Matt and Dinah were a couple was Michael and Vanessa (because of Michael). Roger didn't think that, but he didn't really care either way (and this was very nuRoger and I honestly think his POV got lost because of the recast). That scene did happen, where Roger was on the phone with Vanessa, but Matt hung up the phone because he thought Roger was lying and being "Roger". It was annoying because had Matt just believed him or took the two minutes to say something on the phone, then he would have realized Vanessa was there, but of course storyline needed to continue and we got what we got. That version of J was awful, played by Pilgrim. Once the recast came, the personality of J switched and he became a much more mature, kind and caring guy. It's a shame the awful J was during Henry's funeral/memorial. That J was also upset at the time because his father came back with that 20-something girl that broke his parents up. Just a bad decision to put that during Henry's final moment.
  17. So it was quick and unfortunately didn't have any legs after an episode, but they did find out. Here are my notes from July 1997: Later, Michael tells Matt/Dinah/Hart that Roger knew about Vanessa being alive, which pisses them all off. They confront Roger about it and he confesses that Vanessa is alive. Roger tells Matt she wants nothing to do with him. Dinah then uses WSPR to air breaking news of her pleading to Vanessa to come home, and that Matt/Dinah are not together and they all love/miss her.
  18. I feel like it's an unpopular opinion, but I totally agree!!! I'm loving Miami too! The only thing that's starting to drive me crazy is Stephanie and her constant "hey look, I'm rich". Her 22-minute plane 'issue' was so eye-roll worthy, especially when she started making a seating chart. How childish. I also don't get why she was so upset and crying and had to leave the dinner because she was "embarrassed". She was literally creating a scene in public at another dinner before this, beating on her chest and calling Alexia a gorilla (or whatever it was).
  19. Big time! Cheers!!! 🍻
  20. Co-sign what BoldRestless said It should come back up soon. I've sometimes downloaded a few episodes just in case vs. streaming.
