But Vicki was also a wedge between Simon and Tamra's marriage. Simon hated the show and how Tamra is fake BFFs with Vicki, who doesn't like Simon's control over Tamra (Vicki never lets men control her - she's always in control). Also Vicki doesn't like Alexis or her husband's control over her, so there is a feud there... so sides were drawn.

I just got back from NYC, so haven't seen the premiere of OC yet... But last season ended so ugly with everyone, so I'm not surprised! I'm surprised Vicki is even back, she was through at the reunion. She said 'the fun is out of it' now. I think Tamra causes all the [!@#$%^&*]-stirring, enough so that even Simon divorced her and now apparently won't let his kids on the show (a la Sheree/Dina/et al). Alexis/Vicki had a feud last season, and Tamra/Gretchen has always had a feud. Sounds like Gretchen is finally standing up for herself, in a bitchy way though? Slade and Gretchen have been together since before Season 5 started filming, so he was in all of last season (5).

Haha, I just came in here to post about this. It's ridiculous! What do they even need rehab for - isn't this show about drugs/alcohol? Miami was reallllly boring this week until the Black Bell stuff with Lea/Cristy. Speaking of, I thought Lea looked like a drag queen at the auction! The real drama came on Watch What Happens Live!!! Anyone see that?!? Cristy was a guest, and Lea called in and just TORE her a new one about not paying or having a ticket. She called her "a thousand dollar hooker", and just ranted on and on - they sat there blown away and it was very awkward. Loved it! haha Also, Marysol TOTALLY looked like Adrienne from Beverly Hills.

New Jersey is just DRAMA - sometimes fun and sometimes annoying - but overall one of the most popular series. That is promising news about DC - I really hope they bring it back for a 2nd season. I just can't WAIT for more OC. They are playing repeats all week from Season 4-5.

I like some of them - like Alexia, Marysol, and Larsa. But Christy does NOT belong, and I feel like the production value is so cheap that it's a 2nd-rate housewives show. That's the most annoying thing with it so far. I really just want NYC back right now...haha. I also can't wait for more OC - I've been catching up with all the marathons lately and I really like that series more now. Also, apparently Cat from DC was interviewed the other day and said she is most positive that a 2nd season will happen. Fingers crossed!

Yikes - the ratings are out for Miami's premiere, and they aren't looking too hot: Real Housewives of Miami (BRAVO) - 1.214 million viewers - 0.9/1 HH - 0.6/2 A18-49 This is well below most of the DC series. Hopefully things improve, or DC won't be the ugly red-headed stepchild of the housewives series. I wonder if this had anything to do with Bravo showing the sneak peak on Sunday night after WWHL? Maybe some people caught it and just didn't have to watch Tuesday night? Haha - oh Kim. Of course she would! Chris B - you are so right about Miami's production values (CHEAP), but especially right about Christy. She is most definitely not worthy of housewife status - very VH1. She got lucky, had Miami been cast for a housewives show in the beginning, she would NOT have made the cut. Also, this might sound horrible, but I swear most of the Miami kids are (going to be) gay. Adriana's son for sure. Larsa has one who was playing with a Barbie. Alexia's youngest son might be gay. Just an observation...

Miami: Audriana is drama and wants to be famous - watch out for her. She got PISSED on Watch What Happens Live when Larsa beat her in the poll for 'first best impression'. She also didn't have nice words for Larsa during the show - I guess those two are feuding. Lea doesn't fit with these girls. I feel like these girls are a mish-mash of housewives, and Lea seems more like a NYC housewife instead. Alexia looks like Michael Jackson. Cristy, so far, does not belong on a Housewives series. She doesn't fit the mold and seems too young, even though she was married for 11 years with kids. Love Marysol and her mother so far. Really like Larsa too. Better than I was expecting... ready for more!

^Is that another Bravo show? I saw him on last week's episode of Million Dollar Listing, which made me wonder what was filmed first? Million Dollar Listing or Real Housewives of BH? For those interested, my DVR is showing the following upcoming marathons on Bravo: Thursday - Last half of 3rd season OC Sunday - Last half of 4th season OC Monday - Last half of 3rd season NYC Tuesday - Last half of 5th season OC Throw in some random episodes of Bethenny Getting Married too. Sure wish they would just show the entire seasons, instead of skipping the first few episodes

Camille is popping up everywhere! She'll be on #!($ My Dad Says! too. Overall - disappointed in the Atlanta reunion shows. It was just as boring as Season 2's, yet this year they have no excuse. Not that they need to get crazy like NJ, but even DC and NYC have some really good reunion shows without the brawling. It was interesting that if you watched NeNe's reactions to certain things Kim and Phaedra (her biggest "enemies") said in their interviews that Andy rolled, NeNe was laughing! Example: When Phaedra called ATL 'haterville'. I think there might be some fake hating here. Same with Kim - she laughed at some of NeNe's interview quotes. I thought Sheree = Ramona; definitely turned likeable and real in her 3rd season. Glad she's bringing back She by Sheree. On the upside, the Watch What Happens Live was the BEST one ever. I even like Andy because he was in a good playful mood. Kandi and Phaedra both looked HOT... Kandi's hair and her cleavage was banging. I thought they were funny and they were perfect! I wasn't surprised that Phaedra got really sick during the reunion - I was thinking during Part 1 that she was breathing awfully heavy during some of it. Makes sense now! I was watching on delay, so when Andy said that they are showing a surprise premiere of Miami after WWHL, I got excited but only caught the last 30 minutes. I think it'll be much better than I was expecting. I reallllly like Marisol and Larsa. Alexia looks like Michael Jackson, but I like her story. The two that don't belong for me are the single ladies - Audriana and Christina (I think those are their names). They seem too young and inexperienced to be Housewives. The Miami graphics are REALLY cheap though, especially after just coming off the glitzy Beverly Hills. The beach/flamingo theme looks cheap. But I'm now more excited about this series - the premiere was good (from what I saw)!

I loved how they brought her in for interviews on this episode. Too bad Alison D. (aka 'The Medium') refused! Can't wait for the Atlanta reunion Part 2 starting in 5 minutes. Hopefully they bring the drama

I love Glee so much, but that's pretty much how it is with every character and storyline - sudden changes that come out of nowhere. Like this current Quinn/Sam/Finn/Rachel storyline - WTF. But as one of my friends said "it's pretty typical of high schoolers...always changing their minds". But even Sue and her relationship with Mr. Shu - it's always up and down. I thought after Christmas they'd all come together a bit, but nope. And what happened to Artie's ability to walk from Christmas? OH well - still love the show. haha

Agreed -- as long as you have interesting women and families. That was how I felt about NYC Season 1. That's why I want to see more DC - Michaele really did hijack the show, and we didn't get to know the other ladies intensely like the other series.

OC Season 2 just started 5 minutes ago... For some reason, they are starting with episode 3 Couldn't they just start 2 hours earlier and play the whole season??

Add me to the Phaedra is love group! The reunion was just ok... about on track with BH's first reunion episode. I feel like it has to be tame because Kim is pregnant. I just know NeNe would get up off that couch to get in Kim's face if she weren't pregnant. I just know these ladies want to one-up the NJ reunion shows, yet they can't. Last season it was because Kandi's fiance died and they were holding out for money... this season Kim is pregnant. Kandi's hair looks good! Cynthia looked like a witch on WWHL! lol Peter was more appealing on WWHL. Here's hoping to next week is more entertaining! Don't forget - Bravo is showing OC Season 2 tomorrow! I also noticed that next Sunday they are showing a few episodes of NYC Season 3.

Gross... but not surprising. Since I first saw Raquel in Season 4, I knew she would be trouble. Alexa followed in her footsteps in Season 5. Lynne and Frank have no control over those kids, and its sad. I also clicked around that website - I see that Peggy and Alexis (OC) both are losing their homes. LOL at the last line of that article: The Real Housewives of OC - just like the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, just without all the money. Also saw that NeNe and Star Jones get physical on The Apprentice, and Star even hired guards to keep NeNe away from her. I'm afraid my girl NeNe is going over the deep end. All this negative press about being abusive is going to drive her career and popularity down the drain Shame too... because she could be really successful if she kept her attitude in check.

I tell you what - I just re-watched the last episodes of OC Season 5 again... and Lynne Curtain = Kim Richards. I thought Kim was unique, but no, Lynne takes the cake with being crazy (in a sad way).

It was ok --- I like how Kyle kicked the drunk lady out of her house/party for being all over Mauricio. Also sad about Giggy. Nothing really shocking or new though. Oh, you also find out that Kim's boyfriend from a long time ago was murdered. BTW -- just saw this on the news about DC's Michaele: White House Party Crashers Crashed Super Bowl Too Infamous White House party-crashers Michaele and Tareq Salahi claim they were invited to watch the Super Bowl on Sunday from the owner's suite at Cowboys Stadium, but the Director of Client Services for the Dallas Cowboys told the media yesterday that the couple were not invited and were immediately, but discreetly, escorted out of the suite by security. The Salahis have developed a reputation for crashing parties, but vehemently deny ever doing so and routinely have their attorneys stop interviewers from refering to them as 'party crashers'.

This season on the OC - they are bringing in a dark-haired lesbian (not sure of ethnicity). At least that's some diversity? They sure are milking BH for all its worth - next week is an hour long producers cut of the 'Dinner From Hell'. Reminds me of NJ's Season 1 with the Director's cut of the table-flipping incident. MILKING.

Yep - 3 part reunion... it had to be pretty popular, which is why I'm surprised it wasn't ahead of OC in ratings. I didn't start looking at ratings though until DC started, after NYC. I guess it is just timing now? I'm sure NYC's first season ratings were considered huge for Bravo when it aired, but now that Atlanta and NJ have exploded - they have set the bar higher. So anything like DC's ratings (which would be considered huge in 2007-2008), now seems "horrible" in Andy Cohen's eyes. I'm guessing anyway... For those interested... Bravo is airing all of Season 2 of the OC next Tuesday! Cheap - I know this will make you happy

I was thinking about this after last night's Lost Footage BH episode... all the series' have had Lost Footage episodes EXCEPT DC. Just another thing to add to the DC list of unfair treatment IMO. I think 2 at a time is just right... but if they keep coming out with more series, then with 2 at a time, it'll be years between each series... which is too long. Like I don't want to wait 2 years before seeing more ATL (for example), just because all the other series have to have their half-year to air first. OC Season 5 is really good - that was their first season in HD. Tamra is a bitch... I love Gretchen though. I didn't realize that OC ratings were higher than NYC though - that surprises me. While I think Miami looks horrible based on previews... remember that NYC was originally supposed to be 'Manhattan Moms' before it was edited and changed to be RHONYC (after filming). And I think NYC turned out great

Bravo showed repeats of the 2nd half of NYC's Season 3 around the holidays. That's how I was able to keep up (started with the episode just before Scary Island - and then showed all 3 reunion episodes). I still haven't seen the first half of S3, and would love to!

+1 ! It's a shame too - DC has quite a few fans - and the ratings kept going up and up as the series was ending. Their reunion numbers beat at least the first half of BH. Just because it didn't swell like BH did in their last half, or like Atlanta/NJ has in the past 1-2 years, doesn't mean they need to sabotage it.

I bet they keep Camille, throw out Kim, and add those 2 new ladies. NYC has 7 housewives - why can't BH? Although speaking of so many housewives, NYC has always had the most... you'd think out of 7 ladies, they could find SOMETHING interesting/dramatic for the season (if those rumors are true). Adding Cat would be amazing, but I would prefer just a Season 2 of DC (and 8 housewives might be TOO much). I have a feeling after Season 3 of NYC, and all the hatred and craziness, that the ladies really didn't want to be the villian (i.e. Jill wanted to redeem herself, LuAnn is too classy, Alex is too nice and a mom, Ramona just redeemed herself in S3, Kelly is too stupid to do it, etc). Also, none of them want to leave... the OC has had several housewives come and go, so there has always been new blood. Same with Atlanta. New Jersey will be the same way. These NYC housewives just don't want to give it up, so it could be the same old, same old.
