The only options are to take them both and then remake the courts. That's it. You will not find four GOP votes against replacing now. Do not waste time.

They will absolutely ram someone through. The stakes are now everything. And the only recourse for a Biden administration will be to pack the courts and expand the SC. I don't want to hear excuses.
