Is it though? Is it weird? Because Corday has been hiring and firing Dattilo, Ashford, etc. for decades. It's what I expect now. Certain people he fundamentally disrespects, though he treats the entire rotating cast like cattle.

The somewhat grudging tone here indicates they know the "Biden in the basement" framing hasn't worked as intended, especially with Joe doing more and more public events. But they keep trying to bring up Biden being out of the fray as much as possible and inferring that he's only ahead by staying out of Trump's reach, even in a piece that openly states that Trump is now struggling to get reelected.

Joel Crothers was astonishingly hot on EON with that massive stache. As someone who only knew him from DS reruns as a kid it was a jolt. Gone too soon, Daddy!

Spotted: Lindsay Frost (Betsy) on Shudder's The Last Drive-In weekly horror marathon, in the dreadful zombie buddy cop comedy Dead Heat with Treat Williams, Darren McGavin, Vincent Price and yes, Joe Piscopo. Her role is, uh, unique.

@Vee thanks for finding that Ava scene. On the one hand her speech feels a bit generic to me and I can see why some felt her reactions were out of character, but Lisa Peluso sells the material as well as she can. Watching some of the episodes in Randolph's absence reminds me that Ava had a lot going on in her own right outside of Alex, and he can be somewhat suffocating to her as a character. I'm mostly sorry that we never got one last chapter with her, but I guess that was Lisa's choice. 

I love them together, but I do wish we could see them once more. (Of course, if I had an ABC soap revival we'd also see the ghost of Gwyneth Alden some Halloween, so...)

Loved loved loved Robert Bogue. It was weird when he began showing up in major video games, including doing the physical model work in addition to his voice. (Both he and OLTL's Doris Belack were in the last two Grand Theft Autos!)
