POTOMAC Ooooooooo...........ROBYN, YOU MESSY!!!!!!!!!!! Indifferent. Not bad to me, but nothing exciting. If anything it was the little things. I liked the pun Shannon did and just seeing her happy for once. I will love to pick on Gina with that wannabe fierce tagline. And I LOVED BrownWind's hair touch...in fact, her delivery was flat, but it's my favorite of those. Right...? That could be a great thing since Season 6 (Pillowtalk) was full of all that. And that was a great season.

RHOA Well...where there is smoke there is fire. Post Page-Six article...someone is threatening legal action allegedly if that is made into a storyline this season. Shades of Denise Richards with more likeable people. POTOMAC Yes, @chrisml it started off as a show about etiquette this and etiquette that. But by Season 1 reunion at the earliest, the girls let that idea go and gave their more real selves. With Karen...yeah, I can see why people did not like her then. But like her wig shift, she shifted. For me, the first sign of humanity I saw when she gave the speech talking about sexual assault...something I can personally relate to. And I felt that was real then, and it STILL informs her now which is why her fight with Ashley last season on the trip resonates. One thoroughline for her. The other thing I felt that changed her for me was dealing with the back to back death of her parents. She did a good job of mentioning them but keeping them hidden for the first two years, but first she had to be somewhat real about that (and those tax issues...eventually). And it showed. It definitely affected her going forward and as a man who has lost a parent I felt all of that. And my loss still resonates to this day and that anniversary is Halloween which was my favorite holiday. Some years it is. Most of the time I might go out for a day, but otherwise I just can't do it. Anyway...let me stop. But I felt Karen having to deal with that made her look over her life and she wanted to be different than how she was when the show started. Is she still extra? Of course...the best housewives are. But she definitely has been coming from a different place. And that place feels more genuine and God bless her for being different while still being what makes her her on this show. In fact, I feel the changes made her a better person. As for Gizelle, I wish I could say that she is doing this Mr. Chocolate storyline for revenge. But I just feel that she was hurt and has never picked up the pieces. And that she wants to be loved and appreciated in a way that Mr. Chocolate never did. The real question would be why. But Gizelle would never let anyone in to see why that is the case. Same. Easily my favorite. And while I do my slow binge of this past season, it's mostly because I love her and I can't wait to see what she does next. That Taurus/Gemini cusp showing. And also like Chrisml said...she might not always be upfront, but she doesn't really hide anything either I have felt since I started to watch regularly. And I found her special so insightful. If Live and let live!! was a person...I would say her.

That's another thing to consider. I know I've said this before but I will probably have to say it again...On one hand...up until the fight, Candiace had been doing good so far this season. She had shown so much growth. Not letting people run over her without being over the top in that first dinner that started the season (though still shady by inviting Charise), apologizing to Ashley and talking woman to woman rather than making it a show, and not letting Monique get to her when Monique was coming for her leading up to the fight. Other than the hot mic moment after the first dinner there was not much of the old Candiace. On the other hand...Monique has showed she was probably over the last few seasons getting in over her head as a Housewife with too many irons in the fire. Relatable as she always was, but yeah, showing a bit of wear and tear. Keeping up an image (hmmm...sounding kinda like Candiace with keeping up with the Jones as you said, Cat and I feel Daytime Fan also said once they are very much alike...so no wonder they became fast friends...how I long for the days of Team Young Bucks vs Team Old Broads of Season 3 lol) too a fault. We the audience were not supposed to know about the rumor. But those of us online and keeping up on IG LIVEs knew about it. And it felt like she was getting it from all ends keeping up that image. And now she was hurt by her close friends who was not acknowledging the thing we were not suppose to acknowledge on air. And all it needed was a push. Pun intended. Cuz Gizelle did that. Again, there are so many layers here. And I could go on for hours. But that's what has made it interesting. Funny how a simple fight turned into an examination of dynamics, two women who are quite alike, and how it all could effect a group. And yeah...even now I can admit that I do find it hard at times to think about how we got here post-fight. Well, okay, not sure if they would have only talked like Monique wanted to at the first dinner. Or Candiace kept with her growth and decided to keep on the big girl pants and do a one on one with Monique like she did Ashley. I definitely feel Candiace is going to make it hard for me to be in her corner going forward because I am already annoyed (though I understand) at her trying to make Karen pick sides. And not acknowledging her fault or owning any of the fight is annoying me. As do the previews of what's coming. It annoys me because she was growing and I feel she's regressing. I could be wrong. So I can benefit of the doubt easily. Monique has a way to go as well, but at least it appears she will show us that journey. And I want to see that journey. All of this...the breakdown of a friendship...feels very real to me and I would love to see how they get past it if at all with all the vultures (*cough*green-eyes*cough*) around. I could almost believe you on Bravo. Then I go online and see Jax still on VPR allegedly, Erika being kept in some form to be determined allegedly (with a rumored POC housewife coming), and then all the Kelly Dodd now trying to save face stuff...not to mention the non-HW stuff like allegedly keeping (and currently filming) the bad apples on BELOW DECK MED like they are the Coven on BH and I do wonder. Profit they will...but at what cost?

Usually, I've went in to vote. It is literally me walking out my door and turn a corner and I'm there. However, my anixety has really been growing a lot lately with a lot of things politics AND Co-Vid related, that I would like the peace of mind knowing that I put my vote in so I'm seriously considering early voting, figuring out where it is at, what local issues we have going on here in San Diego. So I'm waiting for my booklet. Which mail services (One of my jobs is in dealing with postal service) has started to improve again so I expect my booklet will get here on Friday for me to decide over the weekend how I will do things. ETA...You and your family sound like mine. lol.

I'm waiting for my booklet to show up. At my postal job they just started to show up the last few days so fingers crossed I have it by Friday to refresh my memory on some of my Senators and decide what I want to. #weekendprojects I definitely after this crazy past weekend want it done.
