Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
SLC So that's why Whitney posted that picture of nuggets. Lord...all I wanted to say was...As the Snowflake Turns...lol. Now that Seth and Meredith are back together, there was the loose thread of the fact Jen was gossiping about it. Some good friend, huh? Meanwhile, Jen was on the offs with Whitney. And if we know anything about Jen it was that she does not let go, putting Heather in the middle. So off to Vegas we went and, those two threads started to converge...and it looks like we are getting to that rumored fight. MEREDITH. BOOM!!! She had already mentioned it, but I loved that she articulated that regardless of Jen being Jen, the point was that Jen was talking about her back. And how could she trust her? Smart woman. And I stay like seeing her smile. And sorry for the likers...but meh on Brooks. I would rather see Jen's son. JS. JEN. I hollered when Jen fell off that counter. I hollered even more when the producers replayed it...probably the only time I like the producers. I have to admit...I have seen the shift between the productions. There's a lot more flashbacks, making me wish things were more literal like the first half of the season. WESTWORLD this is not. Anyway, I was enjoying Jen and Heather woofing it up in Vegas (as well as the double date) until Jen wanted to sit there and lightly threaten Whitney. Just ugh. HEATHER. HAHAHAHAH at her on the date. Loving her in Vegas so far. But I'm right there with her. Jen has a bad habit of not letting things go. So as her best friend, Heather might just have to put her foot down. And next week...it looks like she does. WHITNEY. That scene with her family and her dad spoke volume. It seems like the brother and sister was really, really hurt. And I liked that while she was not used to cameras, the sister was honest. And she was giving great shade in her THs all night. LISA. Fabulous ice was being petty. No one is shocked. And I laughed at her being so excited to get in a Ferrari only to be slow as a turtle. lol. And she is now turning on Jen to save face. What a shame. MARY. So....FIVE houses. Other than that, not much of her in it. Again. At least she will be around for the finale party at least. Good episode. Same.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Yeah, I agree with you. But back then, so many people loved her. Me? I didn't call her by her real name until this season when it seem like she was being real. Alas...

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
TBF I blame that on editing. That said...the moment Braunwyn mentioned her ex husband, you SAW Elizabeth's mood change. I felt up until then she made good points and owned anything she said online aka offcamera. But THAT? Yeah...she got mad. lol. TBF again, Andy can't say anything as he is running around trying to cover up Gizelle's meltdown and playing damage control online with his own image. And at the same time pulling a Brian Frons on the HW shows. So...Kelly may not be in the right much at all...but she was right to give him a taste of his own medicine by mentioning how un-bias he really is. Innocent though Kelly is not. See? Meh is how I feel about the season. The reunion though has been good. But...that might be DONE now that apparently they are going to try to re-edit Part 2 in light of the Braunwyn/Shannon's Daughter drama which of course Kelly just spilled even more tea (and I believe ABTT is also going to be doing in a few hours) about the incidents--PLURAL. In this case Braunwyn = Gizelle. And well...Wrong road. More like the Second Season curse. She let any likeability and goodwill from viewers she had last season go straight to her head. Among other things.

@Cat you are reminding me that I need to get back to my binging of LoL. I miss Caroline. lol. And SC: New Orleans...which I also miss. Yeah...S6 Erika was always my favorite. Now? Her doubling down is going to get her in prison.

I agree. So unexpected...which made it oh so good.

OC Uh...that WAS good. And Messy. The bombshells for me? 1)Emily's husband has ANOTHER OLDER child...has this been mentioned before now? And 2)Braunwyn is friends with Elizabeth's ex's woman...who is now ENGAGED to him...but he has not told Elizabeth? My jaw dropped both times. And Elizabeth dragging her was great. Now as great as Kelly vs Andy though. WOW. Love the 5 TH splitscreen reactions of the ladies to Kelly being stupid and dragging him, too. I don't like her, but she was not wrong at all in her points to him. We (especially me) have mentioned how Andy are at this reunion and how he is in RL, and it was nice to see someone NOT NY Carole call his a$$ out. And for a gang-up, Braunwyn did hold her own. Highlight (other than Kelly vs Andy) was Elizabeth vs Braunwyn. ETA: The backlash last night over Braunwyn and Shannon's daughter has been such that it sounds like Reunion Part 2 is going to get the Potomac Reunion Three Special.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
OC Okay, I've squeezed in the finale before the reunion and... ...WHAT THE FRAK WAS THAT? I don't know what to say or even where to start with THAT??? Whoever edited that should have been fired. I couldn't even tell if the time jump was at the beginning of the episode...or if it happened mid-episode. It felt all over the place as an episode. And as a finale overall...pretty meh. Slowly, but surely things had been unraveling for Braunwyn. Her standing in her truth was ruffling a lot of feathers. And her truth...was that she was no better than Shannon...wanting to be the center of everything. And that was souring her presence in the ground. This episode felt like it was building to something with all the ladies comparing notes, seriously side-eying Braunwyn now (the results of which seem like what the reunion is all about), but then it just turned into a deflated balloon. A nothing burger. A what-was-the-point. But I guess I could say this about the season as a whole. I think the last OC season I watched completely was Meghan's last season...the Peggy season I believe. So it's been a while. All I see now is wasted opportunity given the circumstances that built this season into what it could have been. Now that DALLAS was back and NJ was coming back and showing how to wiggle drama from a pandemic world, this season seems like even more of a waste. Not even a transitional season...of course unless you want to show that even without being seen except for flashbacks, Tamra was still pot-stirring and she's back next season. Seems inevitable. I agree with the rest of you...Gina and Emily was the best thing about this season. Shockingly given that they were bound and determined to be mean girls at the start of the season. I'm glad that Co-Vid seem to make them see themselves in a different and better life. Still...a waste. SHANNON. Yeah...no longer liking her. Co-Vid just made her oh so unlikeable to me. Even her quirks. And she was already trying to get back to feuding with Gina. I loved that Gina and Emily paid her no mind. For me...LOSER. GINA. Started off the season like she was a wannabe Queen Bee. And wow. I guess she pulled a Season 6 LuAnn on me because she came out of this season likable, surprise wit, and was too busy with the Matt stuff to have drama. But again...that drama vanished anyway except for her note at the end. And given what she wore at the reunion and the brief clip where it looks like she's pulling a My Fair Lady on her voice after three seasons of the accent, I'm curious to see if this turn she's taking will lead to a more refine woman. WINNER. EMILY. Quarantine became her. I was not liking Emily at the beginning of the season being a bone collector or a mean girl. But Co-Vid hit her...and she saw what she wanted in life. Better bod...and she was looking great in the finale...a closer relationship with her man...and some fun. The little things. I like her change in perspective, seeing her party planner roots...not really seen since her first season...and overall came out good. WINNER. ELIZABETH. Finding the dislike for Braunwyn surprisingly left field since there were other moments when she had a better reason to dislike her. Now...uh...editing? That said...she's been on an interesting journey. It will be interesting to see her aftermath now that all the skeletons (are all of them?) are out of the closet. I would say WINNER. BRAUNWYN. Started the season in her truth. Ended up an enigma. Not even in a good way. I said a few posts up, that given she was trying to be sober, perhaps she should have sat this season out like Dorinda should have done on her last NY season. But she stayed...and like Candiace on RHOP...burned through all the goodwill she had with the audience. Worse...she kept going low. And this finale she came across so selfish and stuck on herself. Over someone who wants to have her cake and eat it to. LOSER. KELLY. Surprisingly made it out of the season without doing anything stupid. *cough*production*cough* I don't even think I got the hyped mask fight now that I'm thinking about it. Copout. Like the BLM talk. Oh, well, she got a new hot husband so I guess she wins. And from what I'm seeing online not only will Andy be dragging her, but SHE will be DRAGGING Andy Cokehead back as well. FOR THAT ALONE...WINNER. Since he wish he could have a hot man and a backbone to back up being an idiot. JS. That's all I got...and I'm surprised I got that much. Those two alone...delicious. Going for the payback...exquisite!!! I bet a Caroline vs Erika fight would be worth a cameo.

HBO: Westworld
@YRBB yaaaay!!! I'm not alone!!! And I see your avatar...I take it you FINALLY got around to watching Season 2 as well to see the baddest bitca there is? Season 2's second half has awesome moment after awesome moment after awesome moment from what I remember the first time around. I hate YT took them down. And don't forget to watch through the credits at the end of the finale. It is going to be interesting re-watching for sure. All yesterday Season 1 was on my mind at work. Just Mmmmm...my writer self just keep sparking out ideas. @Gray Bunny awwww I was looking forward to the dystopian feel from the promos I've seen ahead of Season 3 so that's worrying. But I am bias as a dystopian writer and lover of dystopian books.

ALL CAPS! @BravoWWHL https://t.co/eaWnEaK5TL" / Twitter And it seems like someone new is coming for Erika in ANOTHER lawsuit. Meanwhile, Tom is having to liquidate and they are contesting his 'I was not competent' defense. Ooooo...

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
DALLAS My first thought? @Cat is going to LOVE Kameron's father-in-law's mansion...I mean house. My second thought? The self producing. While I loved the episode overall, there were moments where there would be a scene that I could not help but think fake, taking me out of the show. It is probably because production on the other shows go out of their way to interfere now that it just seems obvious when something does not feel...real? For me, there was the Stephanie/Travis scene which just feels like 'set up a storyline' rather than organically happening. Then there was Kary with her husband with no snapping at him or an acknowledgement of her past behavior with him and that just felt like 'let's have a scene showing you two are getting along since you dragged the nice rich guy all last season.' Yeah...NO. I say self produce because this is probably the ladies' choice. Now the PRODUCERS' choice? I hear that just like Cary last year and whatever drama she had with D'Andra, they are editing out the drama that Jen had with LeeAndra. Or perhaps it's because it's LeeAndra and like a certain green-eyed bandit on another HW show, the producers give her the good edit no matter if she is in the right. Well...look how that worked out for LeeAnne. 😎 As Eileen would say...it's a slippery slope. BRANDI. Marlo did it better. Nice try. Marlo already was extra about Co-Vid protection. And it came across as part of her personality which made it hilarious because she would be that extra. Brandi doing it also came across as part of her personality though...FAKE, PHONEY, and OFFENSIVE. I mean needing that tap to show your supposed friends that you got tested negative just screamed 'me, me, me.' Yeah...Girl, bye. Clearly she's learned nothing. STEPHANIE. The ditzy bitca at THIS table. I am all for the search to find yourself. However, this is not Stephanie's first time doing this. And last time she did just felt more organic to who she was versus now where clearly without a certain Texas punching bag around, she has to drum up her own storyline. Nice try though. KARY. I give her this much...good photoshoot. Other than that, borrowing a certain Texas punching bag's storyline. RME. LEEANDRA. *whispers*Stop borrowing your obsession's storyline*whispers* That said...I continue to love her friendship with Tiffany. I know Tiffany has been considered for years. And part of that was the fact that she was friends with a lot of the girls if I'm not mistaken. And it shows best with LeeAndra. If her friendship with a certain Texas punching bag showed LeeAndra's jealousy, her friendship with Tiffany shows her in such a better light. It is nice to be with an equal. KAMERON. HAHAHAHAHAH!!! Yeah, knowing how those girls drink, I would have had her birthday party at someone else's house...I mean mansion, too!!! That said...NO, BABY NO!!! She was wrong to accuse Tiffany of stereotyping her own people as if she is the expert. I was just shaking my head. Funnily I had a similar convo last night over ghetto vs ratchet where I had to explain why I as a black man said that...something I CAN do...if you catch my drift. Still...it's the pettiness of the start of this feud (chicken feet aka Feetgate) that was hilarious. And when Tiffany told her she needs to loosen up, and the camera panned to Stephanie sipping her drink, since we know Stephanie told her the same thing last season and Brandi told her in Kameron's first season I believe, I HOLLERED. TIFFANY. Loved all the stuff with her family. I want MORE. She did not move a false note at all this episode. Love Kameron, but I was on Tiffany's side. I like that she did not overreact after the pool situation. But it was clear she was getting upset so glad she just decided to bow out. Now it seems Kary is offended. She can get over that. Working moms...a doctor at that...do have a bed time. JEN. What could have been apparently. Great body though. Great breezy, fun episode. Yeah, I can admit that they are definitely so far having a great season so far. Highly rewatchable.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
I agree. I hope that she continues to do the same. I haven't watch the OC finale yet, but yeah, she has definitely lost my favor. Just doing too much. Like Dorinda this past season, perhaps she should have done all this off screen. That said...they are making the Denise gang-up look like a game of musical chairs. I believe. I am surprised that Elizabeth's clothes look better on screen. Meanwhile... I see Andy is at it again. What do I mean? He's trying to hide the evidence re: Gizelle's breakdown at the RHOP reunion. On WWHL tonight, apparently he is now claiming Gizelle's meltdown did not happen.

*raises hand* That was me who mentioned that Marge it was said had production 'armor' and it would be interesting to see how she would be since that 'armor' left last season. If it was true that is. I definitely did not think Marge was an angel last season, but she got off easy as if the production (and Andy) wanted to set up Marge vs Teresa. I mentioned Goodbye Pictures, but never knew about the Travis rumor. Good to see that's not true. Doesn't make her any less two-face IMHO. As for M2M, I was shocked. And I was rewatching that year's reunion and I am sad that...I know I am alone on this...that Quad is PT next season cuz Lisa Nicole vs Quad at the reunion was great. 'I can read you for days.' 'It ain't about reading, Quad.' 'Girl, bye.' lol. I admit...I'm super excited to see it tonight. Shocking given how I feel about half the cast. Then again, I guess I could say the same about RHOP. ETA: OC WOW. The gang-up is real. Gina looks flawless. Glad it is only 2 parts.

Doing a re-watch to get me ready for Season 3. Season 1 has held up oh so well. Watching it now...knowing what happens (not to mention season 2)...and it still hooks you and you go on that mental journey. Looking for clues, picking up hints. And yay for Maeve's posse!!! I loved it coming together in Season 1 anew.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
WHHHHHHHHHHHHHATTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT!!!!!!!!!!!!!???????????? Yeah I don't see her coming back from that if true, either. I agree about RHOA. But I could say that for a few of the other shows as well. They need someone with a vision and a great eye for casting. It took a few tries with NJ but look at them now. They found the group chemistry. Same for NY only having to change very little.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
@Gray Bunny Drew I think so far has interacted only once. That will be changing soon. @Cat yes, that is indeed interesting. I had forgotten about the change with BH. In fact, I think I saw the editor that hated Denise in the Lisa Nicole vs Quad fight from Season 3 (was watching old episodes last night). Things to make you go hmmm. Oh, yes, Carlos was all of those. But could still put on a show. And because he was so close went deeper into the ladies' lives than what they are doing now. Even with what we have so far, I am sure he would go much deeper and it would not be blah. Well didn't the production team for RHOA this year change again? Or who is in charge of it? I hate those shows. re: DBT/CKB lol.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Same. I'll vouched for you since I'm up to date. That is how I am feeling. Moreso after seeing a tweet suggesting what was cut out of the season so far to hurry up and get to Strippergate. And that tweet...if true...was juicy and could have been the cherry on top along with Strippergate. However...if true...producers were worried about how it would look. Especially after BH where the group ganged up on one person (Denise) that was a fan favorite, POTOMAC where the group ganged up on one person (Monique) that was a fan favorite. And if the tweet was true, it would have appeared to be the group AGAIN ganging up on one person who currently would be the fan favorite...Porsha. HOWEVER, by not including it, the season is looking like you said jarringly edited. I'm enjoying it more than the rest of you all, but I admit that I do feel a good with the motions with it as well. Heck, I didn't even pull out wine until AFTER the episode. I haven't done that for RHOA, RHOP, and M2M for YEARS now. It clearly did not deserve the wine. If 2020 showed us viewers anything, it's that production has gotten too heavily involved (like their puppetmaster Andy Cokehead) and it's messing with their brand. They need to let it flow, show EVERYTHING, and stop protecting folk if it is hurting the show. Let the real be...REAL. Same.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
RHOA Mallory and that side-eye...chhhillde... But let me not get ahead of myself. For me, it's been in the nuance. The slow burn. Not to mention the alleged potential drama tea that was cut off that might have made this part of the season more interesting. I definitely think that it's been interesting seeing how Georgia and Texas handled the Co-Vid since they filmed more or less concurrently enough. I think this has been another case of how the 'Pass the Peach' game the producers like to do on the girls rather than firmly decide who is in and who is out from GO has hurt RHOA. So far, this season...Eva the Diva like Tamra on OC this season has a BTS hand in things to the point she was better off being on it still. It seems like Eva is friends with a lot of these newbies and that might have helped more getting them integrated organically. I like slow burns. As long as they build to something. I enjoyed that we started the season with some real world issues. I know not everyone was not here for that. However, it needed to be said. Preferably not preachy. And it did get a bit repetitive. However, I can always count on the Peaches to turn it around and get messy. And slowly, but surely they are getting there. And they already show on a commercial that it appears that Kenya/LaToya might be going private plane to the trip while the others did a van...already setting up messy drama. And I cannot wait. But so far...it's not that I've been bored like everyone else. But it's...just there. And I cannot just blame that on the girls. There's been a lot out there the girls did. There's been a lot filmed allegedly. So if it's boring, I'm looking at production this time. KANDI. I know. Shocking. I'm starting with Kandi. It occurred to me while watching...why Block? I understand it. For sure. But here we are watching her getting ready for an event...a worthwhile one...and we are getting that. I know when this was filmed they were dealing with Co-Vid...but why not touch on her appearance on THE MASKED SINGER or on THE CHI in season and see if it ruffled any feathers between her and Todd. Not to mention the ladies. Clearly, there are other things with Kandi they can show...that aren't tired like Block. However, I think that was the first time that felt forced to me. And funnily enough I don't feel that way with the Kandi Koated Gang usually...though Don Juan is shading Kenya online right now. KENYA. I love her, but...bitter betty. While her imitation Porsha was spot on, she was just bad to watch. When the best drama she is giving at the moment is what is happening OFF SCREEN, no bueno. Of course, that will stop next week, but she was just bitter tonight. DREW. I like that she is supporting her man through his father's death. And she pulled an Eva (see that?) on the phone, but that was just it. PORSHA. Growth. It's funny since her and seeing how funny she still is. But at the same time...a viewer can see how she's grown. Old Porsha was totally there at that dinner with Cynthia. Kiki-ing and all. Then later, we saw the more mature Porsha. She came through for Kandi OF ALL PEOPLE and EARLY for a good cause. I definitely don't think it is a photo-op for her. She's turned into the real deal. But you know what they say about people on the raise...people get jealous and want to bring you down. It's funny seeing Porsha being the bigger person as Kenya keeps poking her. CYNTHIA. Messy. it's funny to see Cynthia trying to make this season all about her and her wedding. The real juicy drama was what was in the room tonight. Cynthia has not been looking good at all this season...personality wise. She's been doing questionable things for weeks now...echoing what Nene has been saying about her for a while. And as the person (according to Lauren) that is responsible for this latest feud between Porsha and Kenya, she was doing more mess. I now have to side-eye that whole episode with the domestic violence commercial now. Did her mother really not know? Did Cynthia trick her? And then after that...to want to invite her father to the wedding, dissing her mother? Mallory gave her such a large side-eye...IT SPOKE VOLUMES. It was during Cynthia's rant...deflecting. Watch it again...it was like Mallory was about to check Cynthia, but stopped and just let her leg shaking, clearly hoping her tongue...something Mallory does not do. What's the tea? LOVE Noelle stepping in and checking Cynthia for everyone. Noelle was right. How could Cynthia be so selfish? She's showing a new face...and it's not pretty at all. Yep...a tame episode. But a good one.
