LOL!!! Not a Grande Dame segment!!! Go on, Ms. Kuren. I love today's preview. I know I mentioned I'm still trying to get to know the third generation Duprees so I was happy this part had family trees. I think I have the names straight now. And I loved seeing a hint of what the Hayley/Dani dynamic might be. I have always love Tamara Tunie but something about this one just really made me love her. I would probably fangirl if I was to ever run into her lol. She just stays inspiring. I also loved seeing those OLTL clips of Daphnee. And yes, Karla, I would die, too if Danzel or Viola showed up for a guest spot. And I liked what scenes from the first episode they showed. Not the first man playing a powerful man named Bill that I've had a crush. lol. Here we go again.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Very. It's what is making these last set of episodes (Schedule and my system/shady landlord being funny is making me take so long to watch) pop knowing we were getting to the rivalry between La Dame and Mia morphing into La Dame vs Wendy. So ugh. Fingers crossed that I get to get to the finale tomorrow at least. Same. I was thinking at midseason that we STILL had not gotten to it. Was there time? I guess not. smh. HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAaaaaa

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
RHOP Well I'm glad I had some time to play catch up. While I'm happy to see the end of that cast trip (Ashley and Jacqueline with a jealous Mia? Really?), apparently the real fun started when they got home. I watched up to the finale. And both of the two episodes before it was something else. Ray getting the tea from Gordon that HE had a paternity test done and knew that was his son for a while...just like he has been handling the kids while Mia has been out and about spinning a false narrative. I gasped. And then La Dame (with Gizelle's assistance) cornered Mia. That was a scene (and cliffhanger) right out of a soap opera. But them tables turned. I said this season...regardless of that muddy middle set of episodes...has been about La Dame vs Messy Mia. And just when it looked like Mia might get caught...STACEY of all people making her move. And spilling that tea to Mia as Wendy was talking about how much of a friend Karen has been to her. And then Production having the rollback of all the times Wendy has stood up for La Dame...AND the receipt that La Dame had been talking about Wendy behind her back...made another good cliffhanger for the finale. Coming into the finale I feel... LA DAME. She moved with the quickness when Ray spilled that tea, didn't she? And Ray got ALL of it. I was like...WOW. I knew Messy MiaBeLying, but to have it confirmed by Gordon (with Production rollback) was something else. And it's really funny given what Ray said in those scenes about the possibility of Mia and Gordon getting back together given what indeed did happen over the holidays. It was a shrewd chess move to team-up with Gizelle who barely got an apology from Mia for mentioning Gizelle's kids. But shame on her for not having Wendy's back the same way Wendy had hers. GIZELLE. Continuing her renaissance, I saw. Tag-teaming with La Dame vs Mia and Jacqueline her representative. Immediately picking up on Stacey's shift. Cuz I thought it was interesting they were all at Vivian's BUT La Dame...and it was ALL everyone that was on Karen's side among our OGs/vets. And all of my love for Vivian has always been cuz of her association with the Grande Dame and those rumors she might join the show at some point. That it turned into a silly feud with Stacey has the potential to be something next season. Planning ahead I guess. ASHLEY. I liked her drag king show. Look at her and La Dame and how far they have come to have fun with that. lol. And I loved seeing Kate from BELOW DECK/THE TRAITORS. I was surprised to see her in scenes with Stacey and Stacey's heel NOT be on Ashley's neck for once. And she gave sound advice to Stacey given she's not getting anything from Michael Darby. WENDY. Looking forward to how she will react when she finds out what La Dame said. Because they have gotten quite close. And I thought that was proven when Wendy explained to Stacey exactly step by step why La Dame would have an issue with her ON TOP of Stacey having Mia's side all of a sudden. KEIARNA. Well, the potential is there. But she needs to leave that man. All this little drama because he doesn't like her to be on the show. Okay...why? I kept getting more red flags than what I already had up until now because her man is making it more than it has to be. Outside of that, I hate to say she's not giving anything other than being on La Dame's side. MIA. First, Lisa. Then, Brynn. Now, Mia. lol. Everyone that I had a like for continue to let me down. And we know I was a ride-or-die for Messy Mia. She can't even do confrontation very well. Now she just runs off and cries. smh. And don't get me started with the fact that everyone in her group HAS done it with everyone in the group. And learning the extent she has been lying about Gordon, the kids custody, the divorce. And when she knew things...? I had to laugh though when Gordon rushed to text Inc with the quickness that that was Gordon's son, not his. She's lucky that Stacey is making her move. All Mia is doing is damage control. How the mighty have fallen. STACEY. I almost want to get my Nene 'I SEE YOU' gif out, but it's late. lol. I will give Stacey this. Well-played. There were the scenes with TJ, and him demanded they come out as a couple. Then her cute scenes with Ashley. Then her making the La Dame vs Mia about Mia and the kids. Well-done. But that slip showed for me at Vivian's. I liked that Gizelle said aloud what I thought when I saw it. Stacey might be more crafty than I expected. And then to drop that tea on La Dame to La Dame's current nemesis...Mia...I was jaw-dropped. Well, I guess that explains the tagline...lol. La Dame might have been worried about Mia coming for her throne, but she should have been watching Stacey more closely. So...nice rebound from the trip, POTOMAC. Look forward to the finale.

I mean if they can dumb down THE Anna Devane, sadly anything is possible. Don't get me started on the pacing. Didn't Lucky and Liz get the real tea on Cyrus at the end of January's. Even by PC's timetable...it's February 14 as of today's episode...and still two weeks ago. They should have been building more smoothly than it has been. Moreso since it was Lucky on one side of the story and Joss on the other side coming to a collision course with each other and each having a piece of information that would help the other realize it was Cyrus. Which at least we got that...and that was a while ago as well. I still feel like both sides should be more involved than what they are given they (Lucky/Liz, Joss) know the truth yet they are still off in their own corners. Add on the Danny/Jason wrinkle and Dante/Chase wrinkle and I don't see how the Cyrus storyline hasn't turned into a whole umbrella tale. And I don't see how it can come to a conclusion that will make sense and satisfy all of its plot points, either tbf.

I feel like it was good ole revenge. Because just about everyone Cyrus has encountered in the last week and a half have mentioned that it was Liz that was on to him or brought her up in some way that he probably blames her for figuring out what he's been up to...outside of his encounter with Joss yelling at him at the police station. Unless he wants to kill her and make it look like she was behind it all in the first place...which would still look suspicious. But perhaps I'm looking too deep into Jeff Kober's solo scenes yesterday which I felt was trying to set up for a slow spiral/walls closing in. But that might be to Jeff's ability to be a good actor that can convey that through his eyes and body language than what was on the page.

OOooo I feel like the Theater techie is going to have a field day with tomorrow. lol. Just done with today's preview and yep...I am going with my intuition from when I first heard about it...loving Daphnee as Nicole. And I just feel like when push comes to shove, Daphnee's Nicole is going to a force a la Jean Randolph and Daphnee can and will play it to the hilt. No alters though. I found it so informative for some of the third generation Duprees that I know very little about though I love all of the actresses' vibe and their excitement. And Hheeeey, Mr. Clayborn, hey. I also liked having more information on some of the other minor players...especially Cady's character who sounds like a sidekick sidekick...which could be fine. And she was rocking those bangs. And I can't wait to see what the Eva/Dana duo do going forward. And they really wanted Tamara. RESPECT. And Clifton did WICKED?? It was good. Same. This was my first real exposure to a lot of other characters outside of the Duprees and I can't wait to start having impressions now on some of the third generation ones and minor characters.

2-18 One thing I can always give GH. They will at least give us a VD episode...something Y&R continues to fumble. For one...this was not fantasy episode...humor aside. I will never not look at that shower and not think about Caveman Dante and how hot he looked in it. lol. While Y&R and B&B can't seem to put couples together to save their live for the most part, at least GH has something to play with. Brad and Lucas. Trina and Kai. Liz and Lucky. Mac and Felicia. Brennan and Carly. Dante and Lulu. Aidan and Tobias. I like some better than others, but there are at least couples. I did like the Brad and Lucas stuff. Or more like I liked the follow-up on Lucas going out on a date. And seeing the date. And he was foine. lol. But there Lucas winded up back around Brad. I'm sure Carly is going to like that. Brennan and Carly were fluff. So was Chase and BLQ...though that song was cute. So was Trina and Kai...though I liked Portia being the worried mama. Even Aidan and Tobias. I giggled at the fact they are trying to de-aged the actor a bit. And as for Tobias...I personally just like having the payoff of such a long running thread in him finally appearing. Hehe at Mac and Felicia. I wouldn't mind him a spoiler for the lame Jason/Sasha storyline. Heck, I might care more if he was. The meatier stuff was left to Liz and Lucky and Lulu and Dante for me (cuz we know I was not here for Jason and the 'whiny' version of Anna though I appreciate the little ring of truth in those scenes). Lulu and Dante needed more bonding (not forced) time together. And this I liked. It continued to touch on how out of time Lulu had been and her struggle to get back to normal. As well as Dante and those feelings he still has for Sam. It was nice to see Dante laugh for a second. And I really felt the sparks between AB and DZ. I thought Temp Lucky did decent. Seem like he studied JJ a little bit. But...again...everything else was fine, but the kiss. Not because they did not do well. I thought they did very well. But people are going to be annoyed at such an important moment for Lucky and Liz after decades for some of wanting them back together...has been tainted. I will see how I feel when JJ is back. For all I know tomorrow the scenes got reshot and JJ will be in them and all will be forgiven. We'll see. Second episode in a row where Liz felt central. Not as good for me as Monday, but loved them all the same. More of the motherly and softer side of Liz. And yes, that coda took my breath away. Can't wait for tomorrow on that.
