  1. Totally. Continues the majority of last week's episodes where her storyline was the coda. I expect so much of the same this week. Hehe. Now why you hating on Dani? lol. Well from what I've seen on her online, Trisha seems very friendly and feels gratitude for sure for such a blessing of being on a show that plays to her talents...like her voiceover skills. And beautiful to boot. That's why I liked it as well. Very realistic. As someone who continues to be the talk-to for his friend groups who have come out (at least to me) as being in open marriages, I understand. It is even something I touched on in my latest novel. There are so many different kinds of relationships out there and no reason to not see all that is out there realistically reflected. It might even educate that there are other forms of relationships out there, and there's nothing wrong with that.
  2. Yeah, I know that I have my issues and opinions...from my personal experiences as a former Samantha Jones hehe...but I do like her conversations today really reflected reality. Both with her wanting to talk to someone that won't judge (yes, I mean Martin) and how it touched on the fact that not all same sex couples are running about, but also that there are married couples that explore together or have rules for their exploration. Cuz there are more out there than are talked about. I could say something to that. But I'll just call them jealous unsatisfied in their own lives and hush.
  3. Silk Press Sheila got a flashback!!! And OOPS...the coda.
  4. God, Fireman Himbo and them pants. I am so glad to see Chelesa have a personal storyline going on. And it's something different. Lord...Silk Press Sheila. The jealousy is REAL. Oh, so I take it Nicole DOES NOT know Martin's secret then.
  5. SHE'S STARRRRRTIIIIING... Same. I just kept thinking about Nene and her talking flipflopper. No wonder Kenya is feeling a way.
  6. Hahahahahah!!! Not Ashley giving Carrie Bradshaw when Aidan moved in with her on SATC! I can't! God, Chels looks sooooo good. Oh, Lord...a new wig??
  7. OHHHHH how I will miss Nicole and OriginalTed. But awww Eva...SAME. re: guys and relationships. A MOOSE??????? Uh oh. Mona is giving the whole staff the day off? Hmmm more like foreshadowing that SilkPress will break into the house. Speaking of her...not her having scenes with Vernon and Martin!! A mess!!!
  8. It's TIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And look at them starting off the episode with the Have-Nots!! I admit that I was wondering with the Silk Press Sheila/Nicole storyline coming to a head, what will become of them. Seems like SilkPress thought the same. Not Ashley giving sass!! lol. God, I love Chelesa's hair like that. And haha at Martin reconfirming that just because a gay man is in a couple does not immediately mean it is an open one. Aha! Sharon and Tracy! And Anita did not have a good break up from her group. Hmmmmmm
  9. lol. this. But the thing is (especially if watched live) in my location it actually does get sponsor bumpers. Or a commercial at some point. Not so much when I'm watching later once it loads onto my system.
  10. Lol. Exactly! What creative way will it pop up on screen next?
  11. Awww LuAnn. She seem a lot more reserved than I'm used to the Countess being. I hope she never loses her spark.
  12. Honestly, I do wonder if the WHOLE truth will come out or will there be one last secret held back.
  13. Oh, lord!!! That video!!!! lol. FACTS. Whether I'm out in public or even if the tv is background noises, if I see Febreze now, I usually do a little chuckle. No lie. I'm thinking about buying one. As for Tide...ALWAYS been a Tide house.
  14. Did you see what Brit had on tonight? Where's the shirt? But I agree. Angela is keeping me watching. She is something else. I love her.
  15. Ooooo from here on out...when Angela says 'let's talk about it' someone is getting read, dragged, and/or gathered. I love her.
  16. Oh yeah, people have been theorizing that since SilkPress and Ted's second confrontation so I'm super excited. And it gives even more layers to Bill and Vernon's conversation in Week 1 when he said he covered up for quite a few members of the family. And now that I think about it, the promo of the show that had that scene had a flash of faces which DID include Ted.
  17. Lol. That just hit me, too.
  18. Thank about the NEXT WEEK promo again and reading the coming week's synopsis...I'm thinking our collective theory about Bill being Ted's lawyer to get Silk Press Sheila out of town originally might have been dead on after all.
  19. Hehe. They have done such a good job when it comes to that.
  20. I agree. Even doing forced catch-up today, there are little things I'm liking, but it has very little (cuz right now Audra in scheming mode is interesting and they keep side-lining all things connected to Damian) to do with the writing. I'm about to see the renovation and I can tell it seems to be the focus here at the moment. Meanwhile, the fact the costume designer's is attempting more this week with people's clothes and that's really standing out. But the writing...meh. I can't believe JG managed to get momentum and then abruptly snatched it away again. Low indeed.
  21. 4-23 Oh. THIS was what you all were talking about. Yeeeeah NOPE. These scenes with Daniel, Tessa, and the guitar were giving me Billy and his podcast. Not here for that. Nor was I here for the Giggly Heffa basically weaponizing her trauma to get Billy to allow Daniel to work at a company that I don't care about. Thankfully, we had who I wanted to see on. People connected to the Damian storyline. And I know a lot of you were hoping that Amy might find a cure. And it looked like the story is playing that beat. I was here for Amy getting the news and her and Audra's good-bye scene. Even though like Audra, I do feel it's moving too fast since Amy just got back into town and we never even got to see her with Traci. Just more salt in the wound. That said...I loved the Sally/Audra scenes as usual and I see leather has also hit Holden's storyline (and he was looking FOINE @slick jones). But everyone was dressing well this episode for the most part, but CH, ZS, and NO were easily my favorites. And the coda...a scheming Audra...is a fun Audra.
  22. Now that I got some time...let me add to the Ashley talk. I know I've mentioned that I am aware that I'm in the minority of being an Ashley fan. And have been. But I do agree that currently it's not the actress. I like Jen and she actually reminds me of a friend of mine in her looks. But after thinking about it over this week, for me...it's the writing. It's not doing her ANY favors right now. And dare I say it...she has kinda vanished. I liked the idea of her having a dream of being a nurse. And I was looking forward to learning about her through working with Nosy Nurse. But they haven't done anything with her outside of interacting with Derek and the triangle with Derek/Andre. I loved the scene of her at work with Ms. Nosy and Doug. I want more of that. Moreso with a storyline that I hoped we might get if SilkPress Sheila had framed her for that potassium intake because it would call Ashley's skills into question. Her having drama with a senior doctor and Nosy Nurse being there could be something, and we learn more about her. Perhaps we might still get a storyline like that so it fleshes her out. She's too connected to be so isolated like she currently is. She could have scenes with her mother. She could have scenes with Naomi. Both ways to also flesh her out as needed in a 'show, don't tell' way. So it's funny to see her in scenes just doing a quiz with Derek all of a sudden. Same. And even with the Andre thing, he did even know she was with Derek for the two years that she has been with Derek. Did he and her have a small falling out before he went abroad or just naturally fell out as busy friends can do. And yes! I so forgot she is connected to Eva, too since SilkPress and Jan are close. She's surprisingly simple if not simpler to mix in with the other characters than some others. Agree. Also agree.
  23. 4-22 I honestly wouldn't be trying to get through this week if it wasn't for the fact that CBS is messing with their player on when things leave/get added on to it again. So Kyle and Claire are going to try to live together? Le sigh. I did kinda like the conversation between her and Nikki and Victoria. Still...why? So are they really going there with Tessa and Daniel? I have liked the stray scenes between them, but this one has been more...pointed? And meh at Giggly Heffa going back to status quo. And that was what I was afraid of since the idea of Phyllis dealing with the PTSD of Martin and going off in a new direction was at least intriguing. But here she goes again with being annoying and starting with Sally. So this week is already off to a meh start. Let's see how Wednesday goes which going by synopsis will be more to my liking just because the characters that I'm really interested will be featured.
  24. 4-22 Just kinda there so far this week. I think for me it's the writing. If you been over at the BTG thread, I said I like slow burns. Story builds. Playing the beats in a story. And technically...I guess they are with the Liam's dying storyline. But it just has that annoying repetitiveness in the writing. But at least it has been slowly getting the news to the other characters. Meh at them trying to get the Brooke/Ridge/Taylee storyline off and running. Brooke deserves so much better. Eric can shut up.
