Since my mind is drawing a blank, have we hit the episodes that were filmed after the show officially premiered and started to get feedback, or we should be hitting those next month?

Oh, yeah, I know they did that and started showing it online with the quickness. It doesn't look good at all. Yeeessss!!! I was thinking that, too. I want to say it was OGNY that did two sets of taglines within a season as well. I don't know yet if it will be that or Shady Phae Phae's tagline just getting added though. I'm sure I'll get around to it because Angela has been doing a masterclass on how to be a fan favorite effortlessly Brit could take note and Drew will be doing her usual 'second half being the center storyline' thing that she always winds up doing. I heard Drew were taking on everyone this past Sunday. I just don't feel a rush to watch. Heck...I'm at the VANDERPUMP VILLA reunion episode...and I've been so busy that I only saw the first 5 minutes. That was WEEKS ago. But I can say this much...the amount of chaos and mess that was in that 5 minutes has been greater than the several episodes of RHOA I've behind on. If I had to pick which to watch...RHOA would lose. Thankfully...soaps trump all. lol. When I get time.

Oh, how I hollered as I saw it earlier. I have a lot of stuff going on so I'm behind. And honestly...outside of seeing Angela...I don't have a strong desire to catch up at the moment.

Well...Andy Cohen has started to ask for reunion questions so I would say 4/5 episodes left per usual. And apparently...NEW TAGLINES ON FRIDAY.

Well...I'm glad Tomas and Kat put it out there on the table. Ooooo awww at this Anita/Vernon scene. Yeah, I loved Vernon's talk to Anita. But yep...a nice day, but a slow day.

I'm not ready at all. But at least I can take some time at least. I know I'm going to be a crying mess.

Well, the writing wasn't helping him so it's good to hear. VERY good to hear.

*eyeroll* on Hayley. While I feel like he has more chemistry with Eva, the actor playing Tomas is slooooowly improving. Le sigh Smitty. That said...we know I'm loving the near-misses around Martin's secret. And happy it is getting attention again the last week of May Sweeps.

I expected that. On one hand, good cuz I loooove MM. But on the other hand, I expect her to be around until at least shortly after the Dumas reveal. But it also means we have a looooooong way to go. I'm slooooowly catching up and will for that. But BTG rewatches and DAYS (not to mention GH's Nurses Ball) is calling for what little time I have this week. smh. I love how you worded that. So true. Oooo at the JFP stuff.

30 minutes in and...is there any Tracy that I dislike? lol. Cuz I love Traci on Y&R, Tracy on GH, and now Tracy on this show. She is reading the heck out of Anita so far. And sorry...Anita is not keeping up (though I am loving TT's performance). This is what I was expecting from Silk Press Sheila, but nope. But this comes of someone that truly knows someone. Loving it. But I liking all the conversations so far today. Smitty and Martin especially. A gay couple having it out. And knowing that due to the development in Month 2 and the actors getting comfortable with their roles, I feel invested. Not Kat pulling a Blair again on Chelesa. lol. Same. I can avoid major spoilers for a day.

5-21 Have I said how much I like Jacob and Naomi? As the first in-bed couple from Episode 1...and a good guy/good girl couple, I do love seeing their development. Together. And separate. So doing my rewatch, it's great to see them together one moment and making their lives work. And then the next minute, they are off in other stories. I liked the Naomi/Derek scenes. Meanwhile DETECTIVE Jacob is involved in the SilkPress storyline due to Veronica Mars aka Kat on her and Eva's case. Dani, Dani, Dani. I thought it was a good episode to show her different sides. The outrageous Dani who would kiss her friend in public...and figuratively blow Bill's head off. And then...there's Mama Dani with Chelesa. She is always going to be divisive, ain't she? Sidenote...good to see a bit of sass from Pamela on Vanessa. It's clear they don't like each other. I do wonder if that will turn into a C plot. Speaking of C plots...well...I still can't believe how invested I have been in the Derek/Ashley mess. And another element in it that I liked this episode was how it was affecting Dani/Andre. Heck, they were all in the montage at the end. And another speaking of C plots, Bill and that hand. smh. I didn't care for all the Bill/Hayley time, but that hand shake continued. I do wonder where that is going to go. MS perhaps? I believe in rare cases that it can happen to men, but I am probably wrong. Still...a chance to educate. I loved the Dani/Chelesa scene for sure. I'm sorry that things did not work out for Chels and the girl. But it was nice to see that in the spotlight and something just different for soaps. And it led to such a great talk with Dani. Mmmmm at the SilkPress/Eva scenes. It was such a visual version of what Eva and Tomas just talked about in the last episode with parents. And SilkPress admitting what she did. I totally missed it the first time around. I live for their scenes regardless. Though I'm starting to think (and the synopsis for this coming week doesn't help), that this A story is about to shift into more of a B story status to focus on the other A stories (Martin's secret and another round of Dani/Bill/Hayley).

5-21 Background music, but still holding some interest. Outside of seeing Grace...and shirtless Finn and Carter...I couldn't care less about the Liam Dying storyline still. And now they brought in the possibility of a Sophie's Choice? Yeeeah no. Okay, I guess another good thing about the Liam Dying storyline has been the plot point of Carter giving Daphne a chance. And now that Hope is back at Forrester and told him what is happening with Liam...uh oh. I cannot believe Steffy and Hope are getting along. And...STFU RIDGE!! God, I so dislike him talking down to Hope.

Same. I've seen a few scenes and MS just does not compare. Good. I was trying to not be shady, but I am over off-screen drama.

5-20 What can I say? All things Audra. lol. And that coda with her in that yellow dress...funnily enough reminds me of the coda of Imani finding out Elena was going on a work trip, leaving Nate all the way alone. hehe. Good times! The episode was pretty much background music, but I did enjoy Audra vs Holden and how she continued to weave her web around Kyle. I even enjoyed Kyle vs Holden because he is soooo threatened, and he knows it. If I was worried about anything...it's that Holden really knows Audra a little tooooo well. It was nice seeing Cole and NOT sick. Ugh at any idea of a Sharon/Nick/Giggle Heffa triangle again. And I liked Sharon calling Nick out. Other than that...God, JM was looking good.

Well given the last new episode had Smitty trying to make time for some bed time, I feel like they will get around to Smitty and Martin soon enough. Unless his secret pops out first that is. It does seem that now that Tricia is on the rise...anything she's been in...is being actively promoted.

I agree with that as well. And have said as much as well. Say what you want, Maurice had presence and a clear personal style that mended well with the audience. And when he was in scenes with SilkPress, there was a menace and darker side to him that was not apparent otherwise. For that reason alone, I just don't see him ever getting back with SilkPress unless it's hate sex...and MJ and TM DID have chemistry. I can completely see the True Crime comparison. Keith's Ted hasn't shown any of that. Yet. And while he might have more nuances to play with...and I still see Ted when I see him...it is different from Maurice...and sadly taken the edge that I felt Ted had and needs. Which of course makes me wonder if his Ted is being set up for an actual triangle between him, Nicole, and SilkPress with more legs. And that is just off of how Keith is playing Ted...which feels more 'romantic male lead who messed up' vs Maurice's 'male lead with a dark side/edge.' And I mean triangle with mixed feelings, not just hate sex. I would fall all the way out. Wait until you see the new promo when someone posts it. And I think I saw her on a promo for THE CHI this past week as well, but I might have been wrong on that.

I'm rewatching the week right now. And I can say I'm finding the Ashley/Derek drama much more entertaining the second time around. Not that I disliked it the first time around. Even as the C plot it is, I feel it had a nice build. If anything, they really should use Jan/Andre/Naomi more to get her POV and Jacob/Hayley for Derek's POV. There have been moments when JJ has not done a good job in my eye, but most of the time, I like her acting. And physically she reminds me of someone I know. Even body language. So watching her scenes with Andre just now...she really comes across as the girl that is just used to her and her mother so she's very to one way of doing things and never had to compromise. And now watching the Insta in full...yep...that's how she played it for me. Watching Derek's scene with Jan again, Ben actually briefly came across as acting himself. Yes, I said it. lol. And I cannot talk about him without mentioning them blue jeans. lol. While I understand where Ashley is coming from and like how it's been written for the most part...Team Derek. It's been a great May Sweeps so if you don't want to go all the way back, I would say start from the last week and a half of April. Month 2 was good IMHO, but it was mostly character development with only one clear (and well-paced) A story. So depending on which plots you like, would determined if you thought it would be a good month.

5-19 A mixed bag. On one hand, it's a pretty good episode. Amanda's return is having immediate impact. And I'm here for everyone in Damian's orbit. On the other hand, it still had an air of stalling out this Dumas storyline which has immediately gotten annoying. Okay been annoying. Side-note...Sally is just wasting away being with Billy. The Bad for Me: We get more attention on Summer now that she's not on the canvas than we did when she was still on the canvas. It just seems like JG is butthurt that AL left. No one to blame, but himself. I know we are not going to have Amanda against Billy/Sally. A waste of an actress. Speaking of Amanda, I don't think I will ever get used to the Giggly Heffa/Amanda friendship. Why mention Jill and that she's retired...which sounds like we are NEVER getting Jess Walton back btw...and have Amanda tell Billy to make amends with her...if she's not coming back? What was Good for Me: Just Amanda's presence. Her meeting with Devon, Billy, and Nate. Her meeting with Giggly Heffa. Her meeting with Billy and Sally. And just the air of mystery that MM is giving to Amanda. That intrigues. And to be clear...is the dialogue saying that she knows who Dumas is because she has seen him face-to-face or do they video-talk or move through his assistant? I was unclear. But it would be VERY interesting if she has seen his face and know who it really is. Awwww at Amy and Damian reaching a point where they are completely getting along. But I liked the scenes with them and Nate, Devon, and Lily. And Damian and Lily...I like of course.
