I mean, there are valid points here and decent perspectives. I just can't believe Johnny or Allie thought it was normal to be twins and have two different dads. That's extremely, extremely rare. Half siblings is one thing, but sharing the same womb at the same time and not asking anything at all is unbelievable to me. Even if every adult kept quiet they had to have some friends or classmates at least ask them about it. It is Days though, so whatever. It just screams a bit of laziness to me. Maybe they will delve further into it tomorrow.

I doubt GH would even be capable of writing this well, but I could see Jason/Lois bonding when both their secrets come out and they are ostracized by those closest to them.

I know this will probably be unpopular, but I might try Jason with Lois. Lois has already been thrown under the bus for this whole Gio storyline and I do remember Lois/Jason having some nice scenes in the 90's. If you pivot Jason out of the mob quietly or if Jason secretly confides in Lois about Sasha/Michael/the baby it might work. They could bond over baby secrets. I know, I am really reaching here lol.

I was more replying to @j swift not you. Anyhow, I am fine assuming there was a pact made off screen at some point. It does make sense. I just wish Kate delved into what they all told Allie/Johnny when they were old enough to ask questions about how they were conceived. I am not upset with them for not mentioning the rape, but more curious how they explained it all to them.

I think the pact was to keep the rape a secret-not the fact they had two different fathers. Allie and Johnny are grown adults. Allie is a mother. Someone had to explain something to them about having two different fathers and why and I doubt it was just your mother is kind of slutty lol. Johnny may be dense but I assume he would question something as simple as biology at some point in his life. The script did nothing to answer that problem for me. I really felt like this was the first time in Johnny's nearly 30 year old life that he even wondered about the whole situation. The reveal was fine, but the entire concept of him not knowing Lucas/Sami were married at the time he was conceived is lazy.

Poor Chloe lol. I really wonder if the show would have been better served just ending the Cassadine/Spencer feud right then and there. Sure, you could keep Alexis and Nik. I just don't know if Helena and Stravos's random machinations and reappearances have ever helped anything. I suppose it's better than the Cyrus, Sidwell, and other random villains of the year. Don't even get me started with the Jerry Jacks is the criminal mastermind of everything era.

I feel like Chloe was involved as well, but honestly she may have already died. I always forget if Stefan, Stavros or Helena killed her. IIRC, didn't they all escape and Luke was left alone to push Stavros into the pit? So they literally were no help at all.

True. For some reason I vividly remember Jax and Scotty being a part of it and thinking how are these two fools going to help? That was also a weird Jax period where he was heavily involved with the Cassadines and I still don't really get that whole era for him. But that has nothing to do with this story.

I have no doubt Tony has a much better grasp of the Luke character and the shows history, but he also tends to go a bit rogue. Like the Luke was always stifled by Laura and his family nonsense. Without seeing it or even hearing a brief synopsis from Tony's side I am going to say they both weren't great stories. A Robert Scorpio return and the intention to finally end the Cassadine/Spencer feud does sway me slightly in Tony's favor. Wasn't a lot of Endgame edited due to 9/11? I sound like I am supporting MM here more than I want to, but it was probably a story that was just doomed from the start due to real life circumstances.

I am pretty sure Steve is very well off even with the divorce. I remember hearing or reading years ago he was wise with his money and investments. Plus, he made a ton of money with his Monavie shill. I think he's okay to retire. Mo is also someone who I believe is financially sound enough to retire. I know the state of the nation is crazy right now, but both these guys have been steadily working for decades.

I don't think they are keeping MB because of his mental health issues only. I honestly doubt MB's employment has ever been in question in the last 20 years by TPTB at least. If Frank or whoever wanted Sonny or Mo gone he would have been sidelined like the show did with KeMo/Sam for years before cutting the cord. I think Steve is giving it more effort this time around.

Probably. It's not like he's even actively tanking the Natalia pairing. He just clearly doesn't care and like the audience knows this romance is extremely temporary. I really used to think even if you loved or hated Jason that he drove story. He is not doing that now. Honestly, he had more interesting stuff to do on Days as Harris.

The show has survived without Jason before. I don't think Sonny/Natalia have kissed. They just flirt a little bit here and there. I can image Mo isn't terribly keen on it-if only for the fact that Eva La Rue is visibly taller than him. Tbh, I don't know what story would appease Mo. He seems to hate everything except the idea of Brenda returning. Has he even liked a story besides Nixon Falls in the last decade?

Yeah. I was definitely thinking more in terms if we had to be stuck with Leo that's how I would use him. GR has decent comedic timing. I think everyone agrees Leo needs to go at this point.

Exactly. Carly, Jason, and Sonny are just floating along with no plan. I am sure at some point they will just default back to Carly/Sonny. Jason/Carly are not any sort of endgame pairing lol. I don't know what the show should do with Jason. It's creepy that Jason's two romantic options right now are either his ex-gf's mom or the girl his surrogate son knocked up.

I assume the same. I didn't see a single positive reaction to it at least on here lol. I also believe both Finola and Steve weren't thrilled about it as well. Both seem very protective over their characters relationship with Robin. We still do get scenes of them of them falling all over one another about how great of friends they are. Which...whatever show.

The fact that Jason/Anna kissed at all means there is a pairing being teased. Will it become a full on romance? Probably not. It seems Jason is destined for Sasha now. Obviously the show has been struggling to find a place for Steve/Jason after Jarly flopped again. Colleagues and partners just don't make out on a soap opera. It's an action that means something.

Lol. I kind of believe MM here. Has Tony ever publicly revealed his Endgame story? All I can recall is him whining about the story that aired-which is fair.

Lol. I am fine with her getting a new love interest. Hopefully someone more exciting than that block of wood Murphy they paired her with last return. I have personally always been a sucker for Brenda/Jason and what might have been. I know Jason is beyond tired as a character now, but there is something really interesting to me about Brenda knowing Jason before he was Jason Morgan. She is one of the very few characters that was close to both iterations of Jason. I don't think Brenda would do that to Robin, but at this point Robin's own mother is being teased with Jason so I doubt that matters.

Fair. I am not exactly advocating Leo/GR but I could almost see him working as a fringe character commentating silly things from the sidelines.

So, I know I am going to regret typing this but I still think Leo could work as a very side character. Like just a snarky character popping in and out with no real story. Sort of like Melinda.

I choose to believe Vanessa was just uncomfortable with the entire material she was given and was nervous laughing her way out of it. Like she got Bob Guza's notes she was going to have Sonny's grandson and was constantly checking her watch to see when her contract was up.

Little Kmc just has me hooked from the start. She's just adorable and I love her and everything about Robin forever and ever. I do remember BL being quite fine as well though and his assets were put on display quite a lot lol.
