  1. Alexis would be a more interesting choice, but you talk about soaps being repetitive. Sure, they are. Unless GH is going to fire Mo and ditch Sonny it shouldn't be acceptable to have him doing the same old things over and over. Plenty of us on this board have ideas for Sonny that don't involve seducing the latest boring brunette from the District Attorney's office.
  2. The show truly isn't trying. Even if there was a real actress with real chemistry with Mo, we have seen this exact story more than once with Sonny and a brunette DA. There is nothing interesting about this. Brenda is the obvious answer, but there are still characters like Alexis or Nina that Sonny could pursue romance with instead of this non-story.
  3. The fact that Sonny and DA lady have to discuss their sexy times is the opposite of sexy. Not because the couple sucks (they do), but because that is not romantic or hot. Tracy and Alexis fighting over being Danny's guardian is a choice. Considering they are both women of a certain age it would make a lot more sense to give rights to someone younger. I choose Spinelli lol My cat is named Delilah. That's all I got about this pregnancy situation. Carly trying to find the safe around Sidwell's house was weird. She kept wiping her hands like the whole house was dirty or dusty. Doesn't Sidwell have like 500 employees to clean?
  4. I think so? I assume it was part of Marlena's lyme disease situation. I thought the new regime just decided to pivot around it and it will never be explained.
  5. That would fit Drew better than Sidwell. Sidwell is just some European? guy flitting around town to cause trouble. He's being more chaos monkey than all powerful.
  6. Lol! Chad did his goodbye tour the night before, but will see everyone in the morning when he takes Thomas to school and waits all day for him to be done instead.
  7. Yeah, Sidwell being involved in every plot is typical Frank and it's one step too far. He's behind pretty much every bad deed in Port Charles. This is why these super villains burn out and stay past their expiration date. GH is still entertaining, but it lacks some mystery. The audience knows Sidwell is going to be part of every story and all the evil machinations will be traced back to him. I believe someone asked this before, but what is Sidwell lol? Is he a mobster, a diamond smuggler, a shady business man, just an evil guy? I am not sure I even understand what his endgame is. To take over a small upstate New York town?
  8. It makes it strange that Chad would leave town with Thomas after school when I assume he would be aware that Jeremy fled and was about to be arrested. Chad would stick around if he knew Stephanie was kidnapped. Plus, now Thomas actually has info the police could use. Anyhow, that whole plot point was poorly executed.
  9. It was confusing to me too. The show probably said that Chad/Thomas/Charlotte were leaving after school, but I thought they were already gone. The show could have avoided confusion if Rachel or Sophia's brother found the phone instead.
  10. I really do understand why the show does it the way they do. I just wish that the show wouldn't try to make us believe 10 people can crash at Marlena's. Even though the Horton house remains mostly similar in style I am supposed to believe Julie, Chad, Thomas, Charlotte, JJ, Jack and Jen, and Jeremy can all stay there at the same time? The house has 7 bedrooms? lol. To be honest, I actually think Rafe's house looks the most realistic.
  11. I am sure the show is out of whack with preemptions, but it felt like a filler, mid week episode to me. It wasn't awful. I was just bored. Fair enough. Spixie spent so long as a 'quirky' pairing, then were forgotten, and now finally have some depth. It's a shame they made Spinelli so ridiculous when Bradford was front and center because he is clearly capable of playing layers.
  12. Lol! What a boring episode. No one even has comments.
  13. It's not even anything more than a living room lol. With the world's longest hallway. If they had a door or something that appeared to lead to another room or kitchen it might feel bigger, but all you have is a literal hallway that everyone walks out of one way. No one is ever even entering from the left side. Always the right lol.
  14. Yeah I think they call it a townhouse too. @Liberty City I think at first the show did call it a penthouse, but gave up the entire silliness of that more recently lol.
  15. Oh, lol. I totally forgot about that.
  16. Yeah, I don't get the lack of conflict between Portia/Isaiah. He wasn't even mad. Although I have my suspicions he is actually the father. Someone, maybe @Vee ?, said we will probably find out Stella changed the results or something down the line and that wouldn't shock me. I agree Trina is being a little extra about the whole thing and is far too invested. On the other hand, Portia is being a bit flippant about it all. Acting like this sort of thing happens. Twice. To a person all the time. Why didn't Laura at least call Alexis to give her the heads up? That was rude lol. I don't think Bradford or Spinelli have been wacky for years. Spinelli has matured into a responsible adult. They are one of the few couples on the show that evolved overtime instead of staying stagnant and making the same mistakes over and over.
  17. I agree. It's not great, but at least it's sort of a new set and honestly it's better than believing everyone lives in Marlena's house with a tiny living room and apparently an endless hallway that leads to 8 bedrooms, a kitchen, and a den lol. I wonder why they didn't try to repurpose Tripp, Wendy, Allie, Chanel, et al's apartment unless the show got rid of it or something.
  18. I think? He was a mortician or owned a funeral home where Owen kept Stephanie but it was super brief.
  19. Yeah, it's strange for your mother's boyfriend of a few months to show up at your place randomly without calling or anything lol. I don't think Isaiah and Portia ever really had a falling out over Curtis being the dad. He was disappointed, but they didn't fight over it and were fine after a few scenes. It was very anti-climactic, except Isaiah was in a towel lol.
  20. RKK's issues at both AW and Days are pretty well documented still on the internet. This isn't really a secret that Lisa and RKK had issues. He had issues with KA as well and Ali Sweeney's mother pulled her off the set when RKK started dating a very young Miriam Parrish hence why Sami disappeared for so long before she announced her pregnancy at Carrie and Austin's wedding. Sandra Ferguson said he threw at chair at her at AW. Although Lisa is an attention seeker she isn't trying to stir up controversy over a soap star from 30 years ago that barely anyone remembers lol.
  21. That's true. I suppose she and Mo could get along great and he likes working with her. But like you said there is no story there at all. She's a paper-thin character. I don't get the couples either. Let's randomly go with Dante/Liz when Lulu is right there!!
  22. Hmm...maybe they are testing Dante/Liz. The scenes weren't anything special, but when Liz told Dante to forget about owing her, he said maybe I don't want to. Whatever. I will not call them Eldante. And I still don't know why they won't even try Lulu/Dante. So, if Brook Lynn once put a child up for adoption can she actually adopt again? Was the Gio adoption not legal? That legitimately seems like more of a stumbling block than Chase constantly getting demoted lol. Gio/Emma were adorable.
  23. I don't hate Chase either. He's not inspiring enough to hate. I generally don't care about him at all. I think he is being a huge idiot these days, but at least he's doing something besides holding Brook Lynn's purse. It does make you wonder how he ever became a cop because he's not very good at and that's saying a lot considering the PCPD is not known for its great police work.
  24. I read the article and while Mo pretends to be excited, I can't believe he actually is. She's a practical day player who he has legitimately no chemistry with.
  25. It's okay. I did see the ending yesterday. I was just hoping it would be over today lol. The show was kind of boring today, but a Liz/Dante scene tomorrow. Future supercouple? lol
