Amanda Setton looks the same as she has for awhile. She gained weight ages ago when she had one of her kids. She doesn't look pregnant or obese to me just bigger than she did in her early career. Jagger/Scotty never felt like a genuine relationship to me. We don't know anything about it because it basically all happened off screen. Using Felicia or Mac with Jagger would be a good idea although if you have to sit around with vets you shared a few dozen scenes with years ago to explain your motivations and grudges you probably are too irrelevant to be on the show to begin with. Anyway, I have already said my thoughts on Jagger about a million times. At this point there really isn't much the show can do to save the character. He's got to go once this Jason story is over.

I can only find part of it, but Jason keeps shutting her down and she runs away crying.

You know how I feel about Jagger, but instead of the actor explaining it on social media it might be helpful for GH to explain his motivation more clearly.

I know there is a scene when Jason just blatantly tells Courtney he's with Sam now and kick rocks and Courtney just runs out sobbing. It's fantastic. Honestly, if the show just used her as supporting ALW probably would have been a fine utility player for years. But I am still wondering what happened to her damn dog that Jason gave her. That thing had as much airtime as her for a minute. That's probably the most realistic explanation. You really can see the moving parts of the story being okay, but the execution was really off. It's very Guza. The Drs. don't find the cure, but Jason/Carly do lol. They at least got some drama from the deaths (Tony, Courtney). For once it was actually significant cast members. I know we all deride vet deaths, but at least BM got to go out with a bang after being used as background for years.

I wish I had an answer to this and I am curious as well. The actual story fit GH/Guza's sweeps event stunts and is similar to the toxic balls story lol. But who decided to bring Robert and Holly back for......that? Holly as the mastermind to a scheme that makes her money by unleashing a deadly virus to the world is certainly a choice. IIRC, the show was pretty messy overall at the time. And not just normal Guza messy-more like Sonny/Emily as a love story messy.

Unfortunately, ALW and SBu had very little chemistry as well and that pairing was so pushed on us. Jason had interesting romantic prospects with both Elizabeth and Brenda at the time, so throwing Courtney in the mix was just unnecessary. The AJ story was her only good story like you said. I think Courtney may have been a bit more palatable if she wasn't Jason's new true love, Sonny's sister, and Carly's bff. It was a lot for one single character in a short time. It is funny to watch the moment you know Guza has control again. Jason just dumps her (for a pretty minor reason, IIRC) and never, ever looks back.

Courtney was pretty irrelevant post-Jason, but she was paired with Jax then had an affair with Nik leading to Spencer and her death. She went from an A character to a C one, but Courtney did have a few things to do. Guza couldn't care less about the character and it showed, but Courtney was still positioned pretty well on the canvas being Jason's ex, Sonny's sister, and Carly's bff. The Jax/Nik/Courtney/Emily story really destroyed the character though. Sam just walks around town having conversations with others about their problems. I think I might be overstating Courtney's usefulness because it was clear the character was majorly sidelined, but she still gets name checked fairly often on current GH.

I need Vanessa to stop trolling me and actually come back to the show. My heart can't take these silly teasers. I know VM probably isn't cheap, but I would chip in 100 bucks and my lifelong devotion to get her back. I can't imagine Eva La Rue is much cheaper.

I think the overall story movement is fine. I always say nothing happens on GH and this was something. It was just a lot of flashbacks lol. Believe me, it's not the stupidest thing I have seen on a soap, but it's certainly not the best. I'll be honest, I was focusing more on Brook Lyn needing to take some weird breather after the fall. Is she pregnant? Is she nauseous from Lois's insanely high waisted puke green pants?

And they showed the replay at least 20 times today. It's fine. It's a silly soap stunt, but I don't know who is fooling themselves thinking it's high art or something. I mean, I do, it's Frank, but at least Guza had James Franco falling off MOCA walls.

Ha! Ha! Greece is too lazy to extradite Theresa and I am not sure anyone cares enough in the US to pursue charges so basically Xander is a one man show trying to get Theresa in jail. I feel like Alex would be much more concerned about getting an annulment at this point.

Probably. It was one of those Ron stories that seemed okay and was a good idea and it was just dropped. You already know, but it was just one of those lost storyline threads that happen all the time on Days.

The actual initial beginning of Brenda wearing a wire was Ned, Lois, and Mac pressuring her to bust Sonny because they found out Sonny was 1. Lying about not being in the mob 2. Using illegal funds to liquidate money for Stone's treatment. I don't think Sonny helped fund L&B to launder money but he had to when Stone's bills were adding up and Luke's wasn't profitable at the time. Hence, Brenda wearing the wire, Sonny marrying Lily, so on and so on. Lois has always been very clear on her stance with illegal funds while turning a blind eye to illegal activity, but whatever. It worked okay in 1995. It was so panic-y. Ava is like 50. She can have overnight guests lol. It's not like Sonny's could hate her any more than he does already. I don't know why Ava sleeping with a fairly respectable FBI agent would hurt her custody case. It feels like it's been months and months of things that might happen. No one is making any direct moves and this all should have been hashed before Kristina was inseminated.

Kristina is lucky she didn't dive head first into actual concrete. Is Ava having sex with Jagger a bigger crime than Kristina falling out the window? I don't know why she couldn't have said Kristina fell on a gym bag/suitcase. Was Dante going to go through the contents of said suitcase at that moment and know it was Jagger's? Weird.

Yes, it was one of those stories that seemed like it had potential and was going somewhere. Alas, it didn't. I don't know why it was wrapped up so easily because it actually was something for Marlena to do besides get kidnapped.

Didn't they already do that story? Marlena's license was in jeopardy after the devil Possession PT.2 and she got fired and then Kayla quit in protest. Then they hired Craig, and he was all "Marlena's fine" and she got re-hired. It was during the Leo/Craig debacle so I understand you blocking it out.😂

Lois is wearing the highest waisted pants I have ever seen. I don't think the show did the best job of explaining why Lois was asking about L&B's money. Sonny lied to Lois's face 30 years ago about L&B's funding and I don't think Lois was able to clearly articulate that. It sounded more about BLQ. Ava closing the curtains like no one would guess it was her room that Kristina fell out of was hilarious. I hate when characters like Nina and Ava get in their own way so unnecessarily. Like just tell the truth Ava-you really didn't do anything wrong. I don't care-Gio's reaction was awesome. I am not going to hate on him. I've never seen someone fall into a pool from a hotel window, so I would probably have a stupid expression as well. I feel like TJ/Alexis/Molly are just dealing in hypotheticals. Nothing has happened yet to make everyone panic about custody. I mean, obviously Kristina's face dive changes things, but before that people were just talking to talk.

I feel like the show just kept harping on the kidnapping like it was her worst crime. I don't know how changing the will would be prosecuted. She didn't actually gain much from it, but I am sure it's a serious crime. And, yes, Nicole had Jude for hours longer than Theresa's five minute jaunt with Victoria. Eric and Sloan just didn't press charges.

Since kidnapping is a much more serious crime than anything else in Salem (just ask Lucas!), I would assume her sentence is life lol. I think the show just said Theresa was in court today. I don't think anything definitive happened yet.
