  1. Thanks! I am glad I wasn't the only one wondering.
  2. The Paradise Lounge was shut down by the cops for having underage dancers. So certainly some cops didn't look the other way. Jagger is right about Sonny in regards to most things. It still was a non sensical character to bring back and a vendetta from 30 years ago that the audience mostly forgot about. How many people watching today even remember Karen/Jagger? And if they did, like me, they were horrified he was re-cast with AH as Wagger. I am pretty curious how Sonny is going to get out of this.
  3. This is probably a really stupid question, but how do you pronounce Cherie's name? Has anyone seen any interviews with her? Is it like Sherry or Cherry? It's not really important, but every time I read her name I wonder lol.
  4. Got you. That makes more sense to me. A very understandable point of view. I just don't exactly know how any actor on cast would go about taking that stance without repercussions.
  5. I actually am not getting your point. He has spoken up for Marci several times. I am not sure if there is any actual proof there was inequity behind the scenes for either MM or KM. MM didn't want a contract. KM didn't want a long term contract either. That's up to them. They personally have never spoken on that specific pay disparity or harassment unless I am missing something. I don't know what you want Billy Flynn to do. Go on a tangent about Arianne Zucker? It was an interview about his character. I think what you are trying to say makes sense, but in my mind it means every single person currently working on Days should speak out and that's just not logical. For them or for anyone else still employed there. It's a nice sentiment, but not realistic.
  6. I really can see both sides of this. It probably is a bit unprofessional and wouldn't be great in a normal workplace, but I don't have a problem with it. I should clarify that I didn't think Billy's current statements in the last interview were "arrogant", but he has come off very arrogant in the past. And clearly took time away to re-evaluate. I am still personally a little put off by him. I still think he has a high opinion of himself, but has become better spoken and more aware of how he comes off.
  7. Thanks! I knew in my head that BF had more "issues" a few years ago and went off on social media for awhile there. Even with the criticism he gave on the interview he came off much more level headed and not so in his feelings. On this whole topic in general, I actually think BF has stood up for MM as his co star a lot. I really don't care if he dislikes the writing and he can have his say. I know I couldn't run around talking bad about my bosses or my job to a bunch of people while currently being employed, but I feel like acting/soaps/entertainment is a slightly different business.
  8. The fact that there are other stories that obviously help GH's ratings isn't really my point. Tony Geary/Luke is just a much bigger actor/character than Billy Flynn/Chad #2. I am not defending either of them. I just think Tony Geary at least has enough experience and hardware to back up his opinions even if I don't agree with his takes. Billy Flynn and Tony Geary will never be on the same level popularity or recognition wise. It's just the way it is in 2024.
  9. You know I am no TG stan, but at least TG/Luke was a household name and help save GH. Not saying he's right, but BF doesn't have anything on that sort of importance in the soap world. Tbh, I think both are obnoxious though.
  10. I've always gotten the sense BF was arrogant, but moreso a few years ago. He seems a bit more chill now, but I never forgot his social media rant about how great it was that both him and Marci Miller were nominated for Lead Actor/Actress and how rare that is for young people on Days. Considering there are only four soaps left I wasn't that impressed. IIRC, he really was defending MM and her haters and it was probably a nice gesture. It just came off very arrogant.
  11. Honestly, it's hard for me to pinpoint any female character Ron likes lol. Marlena? Lol All these women get saddled with the worst stories. Not that the males get vastly better material or anything. It's just very clear who Ron's favorite male actors are.
  12. Wow. I just learned that right now about EOB. I thought her Gwen accent was her real speaking voice. Crazy.
  13. Yup. Groveling levels of hard work. I absolutely want those two crazy lovebirds ending up together in the end. It's just really hard for me to buy that any sane, successful woman in 2024 would still want Sonny. The show would need to at least try to reform him. I doubt it's happening anytime soon. I really do wonder where Sonny as a character is going. He seems pretty unredeemable right now if Jagger is truly dead.
  14. At the very least I'd have him leave the mob, re-evaluate his choices, and have a realization Brenda was the love of his life. He then goes and finds her, wins her back after a lot of hard work, and live their life in Rome or wherever. THE END.
  15. Oh, boy. I would take Brenda any way I can get her on this show. It would just really break my soul to see HER have to go on the run to be with Sonny to hide from the law. It wouldn't be a satisfying end for either character IMO.
  16. Abby and Chad were still technically married, but he thought she was dead when he hooked up with Gabi. I think it was the first Mansi/Miller switch out. IIRC (@AbcNbc247 would probably know) I think around the same time the show introduced Gabi's brother Dario. Abby's briefly married to him I believe.
  17. I remember her more clearly with Eli than I do Chad. I know her and Chad were an item, but I never invested in them much. It probably was forced. I think it was the beginning of the setup for Abby's DID.
  18. I think the confusion might be due to the fact Abby came back from the 'dead' and did interrupt Chad/Gabi the first time they were going to have sex. I agree that they did have sex because they stayed together after Abby came back. I am just not positive. It's clear no one cared about Chad/Gabi because no one can remember. 😂
  19. I always thought Gabi/Chad had sex. They were together for awhile. I don't know the correct answer to that question honestly.
  20. Hmm... I don't take Jagger's claims about Stone that seriously because they are related by blood, but he could have shown up at Stone's end stages of life or funeral. He didn't. I do think Sonny did right by Stone in the moment. Does Sonny brag about his good deeds with that too much? Yes. But about 5 people in town today knew Stone, so I move on. I do think Robin (and Brenda) would be utterly horrified by Sonny's actions. And I do think it taints the Stone/Sonny relationship. Stone would have never wanted that. I think Jagger is smart enough to wear a bulletproof vest. He concocted this whole wackadoodle scheme to get Sonny. I feel like he will live.
  21. I hate Wagger and his stupid smug face. He doesn't deserve to be killed. The show won't make Sonny an actual killer-or the actual person that pulls the trigger. It will be a story and a who done it. But I don't think Jagger is dead.
  22. No Most people don't remember the awful blonde Gina recast from the 90's, but I do. The show tried to make her a real thing.
  23. I think we mostly can assume Jagger came prepared in a bullet proof vest. That doesn't make Sonny right and it's really odd he 1. tried to shoot Jagger himself 2. Did it on a property that his son and family live. I agree even the attempt taints what Stone meant to him though. Stone would have never wanted Sonny to murder his own brother just because Jagger sucks.
  24. I suppose. In 2010 he was not even a glimmer of an option for her. And they spent a thousand years in Rome where Jason and Brenda would just bicker and argue and then Brenda would be like sit with me while I sleep like a weirdo. It was an act that got old fast, but whatever. I'd watch it now with no problem.
  25. 😂 I will definitely be like no one told me she was coming back!!! Crazy! That's way too long for me to remember Days things. Jake. Stefan's twin.
