  1. That's what I heard also... It's such a pity what happened in the end. I still believe if given the chance PM could have transformed the show into something marvelous.
  2. Stephanie to Massimo about Brooke and Bridget. I'm paraphrasing a bit from memory. Massimo - Is Brooke that good of a liar? Stephanie - It's easy to be lied to, especially when you want to believe the lies.
  3. Guys if you could pick... which 3 seasons of the show are the ultimate worst... LIKE absolute worst. I have my picks. 1. 2024 - uninspired drivel, parody of the former show. Mints, toes and staplers... And a backpack. 2. 2022 - incredibly boring, skippable year. It had 4 months of Brooke crying because she kissed Santa. Yawn. 3.1994 - a huge flop compared to the years before it. It's like.. the show's first car crash where nothing was the same afterwards.
  4. When they were airing on the channel, they were not with the interlacing issue. This issue only happens on demand... and it's... Ugh... quite horrible, but I'm not gonna bitch and moan about it. I can download the episodes and when I play them on my VLC player... it seems like the VLC player fixes the interlacing issue. So I'm assuming it's some player-codec issue in the browser. Have nooo idea.
  5. I kinda liked 2001... and loved 2002. And overall 1999-2003 is LIGHT years more strong period than 1994-1998. 2004 and 2005 are not bad at all! AT ALL. And 2005 has one of my most favorite camp storylines - Stephanie's heart attack that gave us that iconic showdown between Brooke and Stephanie... in the presence of Jackie. It was sooo great. 2003-2007 is very Nick oriented... and it started GOOD and ended up badly. He would change women and they would change him every couple of months. And I hated the Nick/Brooke/Bridget triangle. It was disgusting and went for waaay too long.
  6. Interesting. Thank you! I guess Y&R is flopping even harder than Bold. I am not getting a good vibe from the overall numbers though. Maybe I am wrong. Luna-cy is one of the most pathetic re-writes in soaps history. Maybe people are watching just to see how awful it is. I have no idea.
  7. All of this reminds me of the stupid - Bill is working with Ridge to take Sheila down rewrite (while f-cking Sheila multiple times a day, Ooops). And earlier this year...the bizarre Sheila murder-resurrection-Sugar-toe fiasco. I don't know what is going on, but this show has never been THIS BAD. It used to be a soap about forbidden sex and triangles and repeated boring dialogue (it still has that)... but at least it was similar to what the original Bold was in terms of themes and vibe. 2024 has been a low budget version of a low budget Lifetime thriller-horror movie. We had so many cringe moments, from Sheila being stabbed to death in I know what you did last summer montage, to Deacon googling what is Sugar... to the disgusting MINTS storyline... to the TOE reveal in the morgue... to the bizarre serial killer out of nowhere storyline, that was written like a rom-com in parts. And now we have an Orphan sequel... What is next... Texas Chainsaw Massacre with Taylor being Leatherface and Brooke the victim in some dungeon?

  9. My husband is preparing my favorite lentils soup tonight. I am already giddy... and prepping the kitchen for him... when he comes home. Lentils are LOVE.
  10. Finished work, now cleaning and making everything nice.
  11. Once again Bradley Bell unintentionally (I don't think he's even capable of being intentional) has send a horrific message to all the viewers, especially the girls. A message that says - a woman can be raped... we can see her being tormented about having sex with a man for months, cry and be in panic mode of the idea that she may be pregnant, to then all of a sudden, rewrite everything and call her a psychotic b-tch that had the best sex of her life. I don't think Bradley knows or understands that A LOT of abusers have this exact defense - that she was crazy, wanting it, enjoyed it. Men use this all the time - calling women borderline or psychotic or manic. And all of this is done, because his initial plan was not working and the public was not buying it. He forgot about all the scenes where Luna had flashbacks and was crying. Or are we supposed to be idiots? P.S One thing I should say - I am not saying that a woman can't fake a rape. It does happen. But it didn't happen like that in this case. We saw Luna distressed in her room, ALONE. It's ludicrous to believe what we are being sold right now. It's crazy... It's LUNACY. The whole show should be called The crazy and the delusional.
  12. Luna-cy is flopping as hard as expected. Bradley will never learn.
  13. Have you heard of a show called "The Gates"?
  14. Yup... If it's the opposite situation, they call them writer's pets (I hate this word when spoken of talent) most of the time. But when actors say something negative... it's like - Ugh, this is so unprofessional. Btw - it's not unprofessional. Writers are not the only ones creating this show. Actors are part of the final product and they have the right to comment and give their opinion. Anyone who takes part in the finished product, from the writer, to the makeup artist, has a say and can give their opinion. People should talk more... this should not be the exception. People should not be waiting years and years till someone says it and it's "tea". Writers and producers should not feel like Gods. It's not the 80s anymore.
