I may be in a minority, but I am not that attached to the character yet. I've only seen him in 2-3 more interesting scenes and the rest has been just... a handsome man walking around in a turtleneck making girls and gays swoon. That's all. I think some people around the internet want there to be drama where there isn't. I've left jobs, just because something doesn't align with my schedule... Sometimes it's just personal life stuff changing your priorities. There can be a million and one things that can lead to a re-cast. There is not a single sign that the show is "disposing" of him or treating him badly... like some people are speculating. I am not saying you can't speculate - there just isn't any proof of that. Give me proof and we'll talk. Also... I struggle to understand the emotional outbursts in facebook and some other places of social media. People are acting like it's Brooke Logan being re-cast on The Bold and The Beautiful after 40 years. LOL. I'm not opposed to them... (the reactions), just don't "get them". I also don't want this to follow like a shadow... the new actor who is going to play Ted. He doesn't deserve for people to continue harping on this issue for months. I hope not.

No... The last episode on VL is episode 3114. So there is no way 3166 on the vault is from there. I think they've stopped adding new ones on VL (If they upload new ones that will prove me wrong) and I also think they have stopped airing on RTL Lounge. It makes sense since Bold started their Season 13 with 3135 for free on YouTube. Pretty near that point where it seems that VL and RTL Lounge are stopping. So I'm close to believing that the Videoland era is coming to an end. Sadly. But of course we have the YouTube channel finishing the rest of the years... With their stupid misses and skips, yes... But it's still something. Bold is still airing earlier classic episodes on RTL 4. But these are the early classic seasons. I think this will mean that they will rotate the show from beginning couple of times and that they have bought the rights till about 3114.

Very thankful to the person who started uploading 1999 episodes 3099 to 3102 - recorded straight from RTL Lounge. The quality is amaaaaazing. I would be grateful if you could continue till we hit the youtube episodes - for 30 more episodes. The quality of your recording in my opinion is superior than Videoland.

Bingo. And of course it's Hope to blame! In this misogynistic show it's always the woman's fault... Haven't you heard that in Ridge's eyes she is a worthless slut and nasty little bitch?! We counted, btw... and Hope has slept with couple of guys LESS than his guard dog Steffy. And yes, he said all of this in front of Brooke. Her mother. Who then had this "Aha!" moment, slapped the sh-t out of him... and stormed out... leaving all of us feeling like a new era may be on the horizon. But no... After that scene... Brooke was basically written out... minimized to crying over losing Ridge to Taylor. And right now... it looks like she is going to side with Ridge against her daughter. Maybe it's time to step it up a notch and write it so Brooke gifts a kidney to Ridge... to make him realize how much she will sacrifice for him. Never in the nearly 40 years history of the show... has Brooke been such a pathetic loser. She was once Bradley's favorite storyline driver... I wonder what happened... so that in 2025 she only gets the worst of scraps. People don't want to believe it... but I won't be surprised if she left in the coming years. KKL has been traveling non stop in Europe and was just given the Powerful Woman Award in Italy. She's going places where she is being treated basically like royalty. And her episodes on Bold are becoming less and less and less. Good FOR her!

I will have to be honest and say... 1. 2005 (if I can include it) - the last classic year in my view. The last year where the Stephanie-Brooke feud WORKED and was not on it's last legs. Taylor kind of ruined it. But still... a lot of drama packed in that year. 2. 2010 - Pose! Pose! Pose! - The show was TOP trash for the entire year. Hitting climax in June with the Broliver fiasco... and then by the end of the year we has the disgusting, trashy Bromas - Thomas drooling over stepmother Brooke. This is the only year after 2002 that I've rewatched most. I rewatch this TRASH pretty much every Christmas... and it never ceases to make me laugh. 3. 2015 - Maya revealed to be transgender. This storyline gave the show so much momentum and drama... 4. 2013 - Brill when it was fresh... Katie finding out about the affair continues to be Heather Tom's strongest scenes ever. 5. 2019 - Shauna - I ADORED HER... Hope-baby switch - I didn't like that storyline that much... but compared to what happened after 2020... it's the last somewhat interesting period. 2006-2009 are a very dull period for me. I forget that these years exist most regularly. 2007 was especially BAD with the Brooke rape storyline... that was supposed to win KKL an Emmy. 2008-2009 were better, but still... very forgettable. My favorite storyline of this "dull" period is Pam vs Donna... but that was pure camp. And not sustainable, sadly.

Hahaha, yes... sometimes even one episode can ruin a storyline and make it unwatchable. I'm so disappointed, because in the beginning of August... the show was firing on all cylinders. I'm sure my irritation will pass... soon. I also can't wait to get to the Agnes Nixon era. Can you believe... I'm so ashamed to say that as a soap fan, I haven't ever seen a single episode written by her. I have no idea if she is good or bad, but I've heard only praise... so I'm excited. I also have heard before that 1990-1992 were strong years... 🥳

I'm thankful it's early on. Before we had established some emotional ties with that beautiful man. LOL. It doesn't bother me. While they are at it - fix Martin and Ashley too.

Up to August 11, 1989 🐍 WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON? Everything is getting messy and confusing again. How is this possible? I was just enjoying the show... and giving MDP praise... when all of a sudden... none of it makes sense. Marissa and Jeremy's storyline... with Trevor... is about to end... with Jeremy just LIKE THAT finding out the whole truth and Marissa confessing without much pressure. I'm sorry, but NO. Marissa has been able to get herself out of more dire situations through lies and distortion of reality... we've seen what she is capable of. She could have thought of a clever way to change the narrative so that Jeremy gets off the trail of evidence. And even if he did find out... she could have imagined a smarter way to spin it... than beg for forgiveness and say - I did it because I loved you... (Is this the ghost of Silver Kane that has possessed her?) I expected a lot more from the character of Marissa. It was too sloppy, too fast... and Jeremy acted out of character - he was kind of brutal with her and... too dismissive and cold. Wasn't this supposed to be the woman he was beginning to fall in love with again? The woman he tried so hard to protect from all these imaginary foes and misfortunes? I would have loved to see him hurting and confused... struggle to choose what to believe, how to act... more than... just call Marissa a freaking liar and throw her out like a homeless cat... in these cheap, melodramatic scenes. He only had an eye witness who claimed to have seem Marissa and Trevor together before her "kidnapping". Marissa could have claimed that someone PAID that eyewitness to lie. Many options were available how to get out of this. But now... they just wanted to be OVER with this storyline in 2 episodes. It was so apparent. Why did we even need to see Trevor secretly record Marissa and him having sex... if this was not used to terrorize her for couple of more weeks and build up to the final reveal. It would have been so shocking and more powerful if Jeremy had taken Marissa's side... even married her... and THEN to find all of it - why not even play that disgusting video on their wedding day or something soapy like that. It could have hit harder. THAN THIS. And now ALL OF A SUDDEN we get a COPY-PASTE of the exact twist that happened last year. But back then it was Silver Kane who was threatening Natalie's life. It's done in the same way... I'm pretty sure even the dialogue is similar. Marissa, who has been cold-blooded and very crafty with escaping responsibility till now... is now acting like a desperate stupid housewife... hiding a gun and cornering Natalie in the hospital elevator. Is this supposed to be dramatic? Scary? That's out of character for Marissa to do it in such a sloppy way. It was okay for Silver, because Silver was emotionally unstable and very insecure. ME NO LIKEY. I've seen this done better last year. Marissa was not that type of character... she was the calculated bitch who knew how to spin things in her favor. I'm struggling to believe this. NEXT STORYLINE. And we also have THE absurd bizarre reveal that... or at least it seems like it... ERIC Kane is alive and on Erica's door... about to reveal himself. After Mona just told Erica some hard to believe story about Eric owing people money just before he "died". Is this all that you could come up with? This was very insufficient for me. MESS. I would have loved if this was not Erica's actual father. Maybe he isn't... maybe I'm acting prematurely. We'll see. But the face is EXACTLY the same. Ugh. MOVING ON And another mess - Nina is back in town and crying in every scene she is... I'm not up for that ride. I can't stomach Nina. Don't ask me why. Reminds me of Caroline Spencer OG. I was not needing her return at all. Now I'm going to have to suffer through her being perfect and crying every episode. God, make it stop. Overall - the show has fallen down to JUST bearable 2/10 for me. While it was 10/10 just couple of episodes ago. I'm going to continue watching in the hopes that Agnes Nixon brings more quality when she arrives in couple of months. I only have 3-4 more months of Margaret De Priest. Maybe she will get better again, we'll see. Sorry for the rant. I just was LOVING it... and that's why I get mad when storylines get messy and ruined at the end. dddddddddddddddd.mp4
