There is something indescribably magical about this early 80s Erica. It's that girl that everyone talks about in every small town. That girl that makes people crazy with everything she does. It's almost like you know her. Ah. Thanks for sharing. We need to get lucky and have the early 80s in full available years... These people with VHS-tapes out there... MUST have them. I am going to put this in my next prayer when I go to church.

With the news of Bold getting renewed till 2028... that will make Bradley Bell's 35th consecutive year as a head-writer of Bold. IF he remains by then.

I remember Bradley Bell referring to 2024 as one of the best... if not the best season of the show. That's the moment I lost hope. Any last ounce of hope. BUT... I am still happy. Bold has been my childhood-forming soap... and I would not want to let it go. I'll be there till the last... bitter day. I'll be the bish drinking vodka on the Titanic just to stay warm and survive couple of more seconds more.

I can't wait to see today's episode! Judging by you guys... it was probably good.

Sarcasm? Um... No. I found your analysis interesting. And that's what I said. I don't even want to start my own take on Rick. That character had so many weak moments. I hated him during most of the storylines. He was so entitled and selfish. And sadly... Bradley lost interest in Amber at a certain point and he started trashing her around without logic.

Let me say that... every time I open and see your posts here... I read them with such joy. I don't always comment, because I don't know a lot of the stuff that is being discussed and don't want to sound like I'm posting empty praise. But I just LOVE your takes. It makes me want to continue watching my 1993 binge in the future. Trouble is - first I have AMC that is waiting for me - hot and fresh. And one thing I have found to be true for myself and it may be true for you too - even when sometimes I've been warned by vet fans who know a lot more than me and whose opinion I cherish and respect... about a certain storylines or bad writers... or told that a certain period is bad or boring and etc... It's always 50/50 experience in the end. Meaning - half the time the advice is spot on and soon I'm finding myself thinking why am I losing my time with this junk... but I've also had situations where I've been told how bad something will be or stupid or irrelevant and I'VE LOVED IT. I've then had to argue with my friends that they are wrong. Hehe. Soap operas are very subjective experiences. So I'm really happy that you are finding pearls and great stuff in this period. That's amazing.

Martin still annoys me... but yes, the actor has gone from drama school reject... to... bearable. I think the problem with him is that they are giving him material that a bad actor... or a really really inexperienced one... may struggle with A LOT. If he was given Andre material for example... he would have been waaaaaay more tolerable. It's too big of a bite for him to chew at times. The Martin character is important and has many layers in the writing. That means that the actor needs to be able to execute that... Now... imagine giving more dramatic material to Tomas. I start laughing just imagining it. Ronn Moss - beware... your crown may be taken!
