I would love to see more of the Tina as a nun story. I miss 80s OLTL despite how different it was from the early years.

That sounds awesome! I hope to one day see it. At first I assumed it was a fight over the Chancellor mansion. Thanks for filling me in!

Even though we have all scene it a hundred times on YT, this part of the episode has the Traci/Lauren Catfight!
If i can get this episode with this catfight, i just know i can get the full episode of Lauren and Sheila's lab catfight, or the long unrealeased Jill/Katherine courtroom brawl.
I have never heard about the courtroom catfight, when was that? I would love to see it.

I sure wish Leslie had returned. I know Lorie came back, and I wish she had stayed. With how dismantled the show is now, I would love to see the Brooks family re-introduced and a new focus in general.

Exactly Khan. Their definition of comedy sickens me. But its the way it is now and things aren't going to change.

I would love to see that Wanda and Vinny storyline. Sounds hilarious.

Thanks for posting that Carl! I love reading into the past, especially so far back as the 70s. If only ABC would realize the profit in releasing dvd collections.

Thanks! I didn't realize she came back in 1988 either.

I didn't know anything about the 1993 returns. I never did get interested in Sabrina. Is there any Mary Ellison on YT?

Wow, I didn't know any of them returned at that time. Is anything available online? I would love to see that. Thanks for helping as always!

I was looking at the Wikipedia cast list which I know has some errors, but it says that Mary Ellison Hughes returned in 1993, is that correct? Does anyone know why the actress, Kelly Wood, was originally written out in 1980?

Does anyone have the clip where Susan tells Kim, "Say hi to Bob for me," and Kim responds, "Oh, go to hell!"
I have been wanting to see that too. Kathryn said she added that in herself.

I always thought Joyce came to town in 1973, that's why I always enjoy these posts. Thanks Carl!

I never understood why they made a reboot and didn't focus on the originals and when they were used, they made it out of place and the show had no direction at all.
I never understood why they made a reboot and didn't focus on the originals and when they were used, they made it out of place and the show had no direction at all. However, with Katie Cassidy/Ella and Amanda on, they had hope, but it went no where. Jane, Michael, Sydney and Jo were sadly completely wasted.

Does anyone know Jessica Dunphy left as Alison? Was it her choice? I just can't believe the difference in her Alison and Marnie's. I feel the show just stopped caring about casting decisions in the last four years.

Thanks for posting the article about why Days was doing so well. Its sad that Doug and Julie pretty much never returned to the frontburner. And it took Suzanne Rogers years to return to the frontburner following her return. I wish Peter and Kristian still had the same chemistry- I don't know if its the writing or performance but I just don't see it anymore.

I know they had mini-stories, nothing big. Of course they had Sammy Davis Jr on as his dying father, she had quadruplets or maybe triplets, their different baackgrounds had them clashing over her wild spending habits and at one point, I think she met an African Prince, but none of this became frontburner. I am not sure if they had an exit but after 9 years of being on, I hope they did.

Thanks for posting another Behind the Scenes article. The 90s ones from the Reilly years are especially fun to read.

Thanks for posting that! I wish they had done more with Bryan and Claudia.

Who did Beverly Todd play and what was the story? I doubt there was a big one though, given the time period.

Thanks for posting that article. Such a "The more things change, the more they stay the same..." thing.
Things really haven't changed. Its so funny seeing all of these past articles discussing writing changes and reboots. We're lucky to go a year without a 'reboot'.

The Tracy James story was in 1986. By 1987, I don't think he had anything and didn't until late 1988, then he had story with Dan and Brenda going into late 1990. Sadly, that was it if I remember correctly.

That is to funny. And MAB would definitely do this. You probably just gave her the next big casting idea.
