The Adele scenes really were great. Loretta is amazing. They need to do something with Bailey. Shonda Rhimes is the best actress on that show and they don't have any idea what to do with her.

If Sarah Brown were on the show still, I would have LOVED if they had somehow made Claudia Tracy's daughter...Can you even imagine SB and JE in scenes together? Fire.

I'm honestly fine with LuNacy breaking up. I like them together, but as long as Tracy is given good, meaty story - I don't really care if she's with Luke. I was a Tracy fan long before Luke came into her orbit, and I will be long after.

I wouldn't be surprised if all of them got pink slips. They're all expensive and rumor has it GH's budget has been slashed by 60%.

I have to disagree - Robin Christopher, though I know not popular in this thread, portrayed Skye on AMC, OLTL and GH very successfully - and was very popular.

I know I haven't posted in this thread before, but I thought now would be a fitting time to start. I have sporadically watched EastEnders throughout the years. It's not that I haven't wanted to be a regular viewer, but rather that I haven't found a reliable source to watch the show. One of the local stations here airs EastEnders but they're about 5 or so years behind. So while I enjoy watching that, it doesn't really allow me to discuss it with you all. I was able to catch some of Pat's final days on the show, and I was really moved. The last scene with David really tugged at my heartstrings. I was very moved/haunted that her final words were "I don't want to die. I'm scared". Overall, it was a well-handled death. It was done with a care and quality we would never see on US soaps anymore.

I just want Tracy, Bobbie, and Monica to have some story. I want Sonny, Jason, and Carly to be downplayed. And PLEASE can we get rid of some of the dead weight?

Now I'm really hoping we get some Cindy on DVD - Almost all of the YouTube videos with her in them have been deleted because the uploader deleted their account. Damn. She was my favorite character from the later years of AW

I honestly don't care what episodes we got. As long as MOST of them are classics. If i had to pick some from the 90s - I would say anything with Cindy or Lorna. Other than that, I'm not picky

I disagree - to an extent. I fully believe that Bobbie Spencer could drive her own story. And even if you disagree, there is still plenty to be done with her. If a younger women on the show winds up in an abusive marriage - Who better to console her than Bobbie? Imagine if Audrey Hardy got sick - what other event could bring all of Port Charles, past and present, together more? I refuse to believe that veterans can't drive story. It happens on Y&R. It happens on B&B. It happens on OLTL. It happened on AMC. And I think much of GH's problem is that it never happens. The characters are gone and forgotten - and gone with them are many viewers reason to watch the show.

BJ was 1994, Monica was 1995, Stone/Robin was 1994/1995, Liz's rape was 1998. I see what you're saying. I don't want a redo of the 90's as much as I want those CHARACTERS back. Bobbie, Monica, Lesley, Audrey, etc.

90s GH is my favorite era Mama Bear! Come on, think of all the Bobbie storylines! And of course BJ's Heart, Monica's Breast Cancer, Stone's AIDs, Robin's HIV, Elizabeth's rape? 90sGH = Amazing.
