I’m sorry, this latest episode of Atlanta made up for the entire season. Nene, Kandi and Marlo were my MVPs! Nene’s petty attitude about rooms killed me. Both she and Cynthia picked their rooms before Kandi so don’t try to play her! I loooove Kandi and how laid back she is this season. She always delivers for me! Marlo was also a hoot throughout ribbing Kandi. She killed me when Nene was screaming and she said “They have a community pool in my complex.” Nene’s meltdown was also epic! She didn’t say anything that wasn’t true. If Kim is so rich and so blessed and has been through so much then why has she come back SO negative? Literally nobody has tried to start a fight with her and she has derailed every chance given to develop relationships that could build her profile and get her a peach. Nene can be a hater and a bully, but she isn’t in this case. I’m so sick of Kim! In terms of the young ones, I do find myself enjoying Pinto this season. She ain’t perfect and she’s dumb but I do enjoy her. Shamea has always been a flop to me but she was harmless until this week. That shyt with Eva was so disgusting. She should’ve just shut up and ate her steak if she had nothing better to offer. Side Note: I didn’t miss Kenya and I actually like Kenya. Im also starting to wonder if Marlo might get her peach. Andy asked Cynthia on WWHL if she should get a peach and a few weeks ago he said she’s overdue for a WWHL appearance. They even posted the clip asking if she should get a peach on their social media. I hope it’s time for my queen so we can get a more nuanced portrayal of her. I think she’d benefit from showing her family and friends and what she actually does. From her social media it could elevate the show. She travels a lot and that could enable them to do more of the small trips RHOBH does with just two or three wives. Speaking of RHOBH, I just watched the past two episodes. I’ve just been bored and can’t get into them. Unless it’s organic I don’t want dark drama, but the cast as is has no chemistry. I don’t need Brandi back before anyone starts, but it needed a jolt. Eileen and Rinna gave them that because they came from a different world. Teddi is fine but doesn’t really offer anything as the sole new voice. It’s crazy that Eileen’s exit has caused such a shift. I loved last season but I just can’t with how slow and stale this season is. They need to start looking for new housewives now so they can get someone strong for next year. I’d get rid of Teddi, make Camille full-time and they need to find someone with a new perspective. It’s time for some diversity in Beverly Hills. The RHONY reports have me very interested. Initially I wasn’t excited because the cast is staying exactly the same and isn’t it their 10th season? I had hoped for something, but based on reports it looks good. I need this to hurry and air because I’m beyond bored with Beverly Hills. I’m ready for them to announce Potomac and NYC.

Cameras were with the ladies (well with Bethenny) outside the funeral as they arrived and were there when Bethenny and Jill reunited. How do y’all feel about this potentially being included? On one hand I do find it a bit tasteless, but I can support it if that’s what the family wants. Bobby is one of the only universally loved husbands to appear on Real Housewives so I do what a tribute of some sort. Now theres a chance this wont and the cameras were from elsewhere, but how will y’all feel if it DOES end up being featured on the show?

I know she’s coming, I just think they’ve done a poor job of handling the season since they announced her at the beginning and she likely won’t appear until the 10-12th episode. Then you have Kim who actually was included in the photoshoot and she hardly appears. For the big 10th season they needed a new intro, cast photo and Marlo, Eva and Kim should’ve all had cast photos. It just annoys me how cheap and disorganized the production is for this show.

Kim has been a disgrace this season. It doesn’t feel authentic or like her at all. I wonder if the rumors of the new EP being her friend are true. Even then, he isn’t doing her any favors. She’s literally ruining any chance of being asked back because she is so unbearable to work with. She’s not even hitting with facts which is what kills me. She’s throwing out whatever she can and just attacking everybody which is a bad look. Kenya continues to come off very well this season in her more supporting role. I like when the ladies take turns being at the center of drama so it’s refreshing not to see her as the focal point to everything. Sheree completely lost me by not telling Nene what Brielle did. She asks brand new when Nene is cautious around her and stuff like that is why. I hate we will have a repeat of last season where Nene will likely wait weeks to find out about that. Last thing, still no sign of Eva? So bizarre to me. Also, Andy tweeted in response to a fan that it does make sense that Marlo appear on WWHL to give her side of things based on her tenure with the show. I hope that happens for my girl.

Lol I don’t see it. Half those women have tired style and those wives are bland. Leanne shouldn’t have to carry the show. I think Cary, Brandi and Stephanie need to go and infuse the show with new blood and diversity.

Dallas was better in season two but I find it so overrated. It’s very bland which is why I feel the audience hasn’t caught onto it. I think they need a retool with the cast to truly make it an excellent show.

New Jersey I feel would’ve been longer had Teresa’s Mom not been dying when they started filming. From the flashbacks in episode one you can tell they’d been filming, probably several episodes worth of stuff, but I can understand not wanting to have the show over such a dark cloud. In the end it benefited them because the 13 episodes we did have were still able to tell the stories they needed to tell and it didn’t get too hellish. For the first time in years I actually look forward to whatever comes next season. And the reunion preview with Ramona calling?! Gold! Who would’ve thought Jersey would get to a point where they have a fun and light reunion? Moving onto Beverly Hills, I know many complain about the post-Brandi landscape but I feel the show has been so strong without her. I will always prefer a petty fight over some panties to the darkness Kim and Brandi brought to the show. This season has been so much fun. Dramatic? No, but you can see it getting there. I do feel like the complete absence of Eileen makes me sad, but Teddy is a decent addition. I like that she is representing something different at least. Dorit’s downfall is going to be delicious since I never liked her to begin with. What a pretentious moron. I know Lisa Rinna is a mess but get over it or be direct with her and tell her you don’t wanna deal with her. She acting like a punk! I cannot wait to see Camille destroy her. Now I see why Camille became an official friend. That talking head after Dorit called her a c*nt gave me season one teas! Now onto the disappointment: RHOA I think this season is okay, but much like RHOC’s 10th season is boggled down in mediocrity, which makes no sense considering this is such an important year for the show. I’ve already said the first 3 episodes could’ve been condensed into one because as usual, they start filming this series without a full cast or plan so you end up with filler in early episodes. Right now we have some good moments but it’s inconsistent. At this point Marlo is giving more than some full time cast members, it’s shameful she’s not even an official friend. Kim has been such a disappointment. By the time they did the cast photo they knew how little she filmed and truly contributed so how is she the only friend with a cast photo? Also how are you going to announce Eva as a friend and she hasn’t even appeared almost 10 episodes in?! Yet they got her on the cast trip and throwing the finale party. Tf? This show is so poorly produced considering how important it is to Bravo.

Honestly RHOA should’ve done a 90 minutes premiere and edit the first two episodes together. It would’ve helped the flow a little bit, but I do think starting with episode four the show will be good until the end. So much that we know is coming they just had a slow start.

Steven has two love interests, Sammy Jo (the breakout character imo) and Ted Dinard (the lover Blake killed in The original). I think Rick is probably playing a new character.

I do think they’ve done a good job building up to Alexis. The stories are a little different but they’ve definitely honored the spirit of original stories while updating them and Fallon’s arc has largely been about the affect Alexis’ exit has had on her life. On the original when Alexis arrived Fallon drifted into the background and became a weak heroine which is why Pamela Sue Martin quit and refused to come back. They barely scratched the surface on Alexis’ relationship with her kids. I think that aspect will be better than the old series.

She’s been hinting exciting news and now it seems pretty obvious Nicolette Sheridan is the new Alexis. Thoughts? Personally im excited. Via SOAPnet I started watching Knots Landing right before her character joined and she was a fast favorite of mine and a big reason I became a soap fan. Then with Desperate Housewives she took a filler role and did so well it got expanded and I think when she left it definitely hurt the show. I’m glad she’s getting another shot after the drama with her lawsuit.

@Cat Yes it’s just bizarre with Kim and short sighted. She didn’t even have a peach yet and is already threatening lawsuits?? It makes no sense. I also feel like although they usually keep the cast the same it’s not always going to stay like that. Marlo is back in the fold and we know she appears the rest of the season, Eva is coming and hosts the finale party and Porsha could truly be on her way out. This was the time for Kim to link up with Nene and try to secure a peach. She’s crazy!

I’m glad it’s over, but I maintain I enjoyed RHOC. The divid made it difficult at time, but each week we got a bit of drama and what helps this series is that each housewife has a personal storyline so the solo scenes carry it through for me. Compare it to say Cynthia or Sheree this year on RHOA with clearly made up stories for their solo scenes. That bores me but OC, good or bad, feels authentic. The reunion had some drama but was geared more towards resetting the show which they did. Just have to hope next season is better with the changes. Right now I’m hoping for Shannon, Vicki, Kelly, Tamra and Lydia with one or two new housewives. I could see that working. This isn’t a franchise that needs a drastic retool. Since I saw that episode four had the returns of Marlo and Kim, plus with Xscape ending I decided to start this season. I marathoned all four episodes and I must say this is one of the worst openings I can remember in recent history. The first three episodes were painful to watch. You had SOME nice moments with Nene, Kenya and Kandi but the others aren’t delivering. Cynthia has no story and neither does Sheree. Everything they do seems made up for the show which is why it bothers me that people say this about Kenya when I feel she is way more vulnerable than many of the others. They always have production issues and it seems like that happened again. By episode four you could tell contracts had been worked out and the show will start. The best part was Marlo’s return. Why she isn’t a housewife is beyond me. Her reunion with Nene was hilarious and she’s the type of person Nene needs. I like when Marlo is light-hearted and fun. We know the drama will come later but she’s interesting and extra in a fun way. I loved when she told Nene she hear Porsha had a bigger house. I damn near died. Speaking of Porsha....it’s time to go. I’ve gone back and forth on her but usually find some use for her but now that nobody will film with her except her family there is no organic way to keep her. She’s still around for most group scenes but she isn’t useful anymore. If Eva is successful I see her being Porsha’s replacement not Kenya’s as many think. The other major development was Kim’s return which baffled me. It makes no sense why Sheree would again line herself up with Kim when she was doing fine with the ladies. I’ve heard Kim is friends with the EP who also runs her spin-off and that’s the only thing that explains her behavior. That and a lack of funds. She has never been so aggressive and nasty and lost what made her fun. I expected her and Nene to be close and fall out due to Nene being jealous but Kim came out of the gate nasty. Kenya is one thing, but why come after Nene so hard when Nene was tweeting welcoming her back when this happened? She played her cards all wrong. Even with Kenya it would be EASY to get the audience on her side but Kenya did nothing to her and she kept going. I also noticed in the preview clip for next week that when Sheree tells Kandi what happened she lies and says Kenya made a negative comment about Kim’s son that got injured. Kandi and Todd immediately called bullshit which I was happy to see. The MVP who never gets Credit is Kandi. She is the one housewife who is real and delivers every year. I love everything she’s done on this show and am amazed she also had a spin off and is delivering there. Bravo needs to keep her happy because she’s truly the glue that keeps this show going. If I had one wish for next season it would be Tiny and LaTasha joining from Xscape.

RHOA will come through in the end, it always does, but I prefer how OC always cycles in new blood which changes the dynamics somewhat. RHOA is often resistant to change. Also, with Xscape many have mixed feelings about Kandi but I get it. THEY need her, she doesn't need them and had no interest In performing with them at all, yet they're still deflecting and throwing shade at her and making her look like the bad guy. I understand her frustration. The Scott sisters are stealth shade throwers and I live it!

I'm still catching up but am very impressed. I watched the second to last episode of OC and I'm sorry but this season was amazing! I have been glued to my screen the entire season. This was a fresh reboot and while you had big issues getting Shannon, Tamra and Vicki together, I think this season did a lot towards making them work as a unit for next season. You can already tell from the reunion preview that Shannon is softening up. With Dallas I wasn't as impressed as others. It's good, but I can't help but feel OC and NYC do what they do better. That RHOD insider Cynthia Smoot posted on twitter that she's been in contact with production and they're already casting for season 3 and finally looking for diversity. That's smart. They need to try and broaden their audience. They have a good base but they need to expand it or the show won't work long term. I haven't started RHOA yet because I keep hearing it started slow so I'm trying to wait to stack episodes, but this damn Xscape show?! Amazing! RHOA struggles from not adding fresh cast members but this show is so entertaining it makes me wonder why Tamika of Tiny haven't been added yet. I know I'm going to be upset after 4 episodes. The dynamics between these ladies is sooooo good. I can't imagine kandi doing anything as interesting as this on the main show. I also love how she gets so many spinoffs and is so valuable to the show.

I'm in the minority that as usual, OC is delivering and has been all season. Each episode has a little something and it's built each episode. Personally I think this season has a lot of memorable moments including this trip. Now onto Vicki, I was tearing up just as a fan of the show! I cannot imagine wanting to eat so badly I'd leave her at the hospital alone. At the very least you couldn't order something to go while you get dressed and head over?! Lydia and Peggy, who I really enjoy, really came through. The more we see Peggy the more I enjoy her. I'd like a second season for her to see how she evolves. I was touched by her concern for Vicki and how it tied into her own issues with her parents. This show gives me Knots Landing the way everything weaves in. Shannon is horrific and by far my favorite. She is INSANE! Her reaction to Tamra and Vicki reconciling had me cackling!!!!! I screamed! I cannot with her! She is truly the gift that keeps giving! I hope we get at least one more good meltdown from her before the season is up. Now Meghan we've already established is trash, but Kelly?! Tf? I just cannot. Her reaction to Peggy was disgusting and her lack of regard for Vicki--the only one who has supported her unconditionally--was embarrassing! I've noticed throughout the season as she reconciles with the others she's more willing to throw Vicki under the bus. I'm hoping this is addressed at the reunion. I feel like they have an epic reunion coming. I can't wait to see nexts week episode as well.

I personally found Night to be the better of the two movies. I found it was scarier and built a better atmosphere than House which I feel rammed too much in and didn't quite work for me. I wish we could see the original cut of Night which had so much footage cut right before the release. I know hey found the film but no audio unfortunately.

With Jersey I read the lack of build up is because they scrapped a lot of footage when Teresa's mom died. You can kinda tell from the first episode with all the flashbacks that they'd already been filming for a while.

I see Lydia staying. She has money and brought lots of drama. With Vicki he always gives her a hard time so I didn't take WWHL as something bad for her. It's easier to move forward with Vicki than it would be with Shannon. As long as she stays (especially with David) we will still have the same problem of them repeating the same old stories. I also don't see Meghan staying.

The only way I can support keeping Shannon is if she leaves David. You can tell Bravo likes her because she IS tv gold, but in addition to her meltdowns she's so controlling she's literally the only reason things are so divided now.

This is going on a tangent, but I remember when Nicollette Sheridan sued Marc Cherry for slapping her. Everybody treated it like a joke and she lost her career which she had just gotten back with Desperate Housewives. I remember nobody was denying it, the other women were aware but nobody really supported her or cared. She was physically assaulted and lost her career, can you imagine how these women must've felt going up against someone much more powerful and for a sexual crime?! I mention the Nicollette story because many people keep asking why these women didn't say anything sooner and that is a perfect example why. It doesn't matter if it's a physical assault like the Nicollette thing, or racism in the cast of Victoria Rowell or sexual assault--nobody is going to defend you against a heavy hitter in Hollywood. All of these things exist and are happening, it isn't just Harvey, but it's hard to win in a situation like this. I don't mean winning in terms of the law or money, I mean in terms of your career. Had any of these women spoken out when these things happened they would've been blacklisted and called liars. The only reason this is working now is due to a deep investigation which finally caused it to all be unraveled. I'm glad this is happening but so sad for others who HAVE lost their careers and are being branded as crazy for speaking out when these things happen to them.

Yes the showrunners confirmed that was Alexis filming Steven and Fallon. It was a nice touch as were the other callbacks like the scene of Fallon playing pool, the wedding crasher and Fallon's dress for the wedding. I didn't LOVE it, but this left me wanting more. With soaps I always give them time to develop because in the 80s they always needed some time to find their footing. I feel like it's usually the opposite these days with them starting hot and losing steam quickly. Hopefully Dynasty only continues to get better. My biggest problem with this show was Cristel. The actress is such a lightweight compared to the other cast members. I enjoyed the way she was written, but the actress didn't convince me. I don't see any chemistry with Blake either. Steven and Fallon were both well cast and have good chemistry as brother and sister. I LOVED the new Michael. He was so sexy and I actually want him to stick around unlike the other one. Jeff was okay but I need to know more about the Colbys to care about him. I don't like that he's enemies with Blake and I don't like that only he and Monica are around. I need to see something else to care about them. At least so far they did a horrible job setting them up, but there is still time. Sammy Jo is a lot of fun and Alan Dale is a delight as Joseph (I refuse to call him Anders). All in all it was decent enough to keep me tuned in for now. We will see how it goes.

I looooved this episode of OC! I know many have issues with this season and I do too! There is certainly room to retool things but week by week I'm very entertained. This episode I appreciated us getting to see Peggy throw an event. I noticed I had such a huge smile on my face. I think as time goes by she fits in really well and I enjoy her. Tamra said she hopes Peggy returns (she also said Shannon needs to go) and I agree. The stuff with Vicki, Tamra and Shannon is becoming tedious. I don't understand why Tamra can't just be decent in group scenes. It feels so awkward and they need to move on somewhat if they're gonna stay on the show. I still enjoy Lydia and Meghan is useless at this point. All in all I'm enjoying it and look forward the coming weeks. I'm sure their reunion will be good.
