The Share numbers stink (along with all the numbers) and no one ever says anything about the share numbers. GH and DAYS are both done. People with Televisions on during the day are almost NIL now. So you have to get a 9 or 10% share of the TV's that ARE ON. If you don't have between 9 and 11% Share - your ratings will go nowhere. There's no room, there's nothing happening. For people to keep saying, things are different now than 5 years ago...we're still OK! You're stupid. You can't live off of that argument forever. You're done, stick a fork in. The only hope DAYS has is that NBC is just too lazy to try and do something else. GH's hope is that DAYS will go first. For some reason GH still sees DAYS as the competition. GH - your competition is The Chew and The View, and anything else they can do for cheaper with similar ratings. Your competition is no longer other daytime Dramas...your competition is on your own Network and you'd be wise to start acting like it, instead of talking about ratings of Daytime Dramas and how you "stack up"...when you actually don't stack up to 2 of the other 3 Soaps left. You don't stack up. So your best strategy would be to be better by FAR...not just by hundredths or tenths of a point....than a talk show that costs far less to produce.
