The only thing this girl contributes is the spread of STD's and how to be sexually irresponsible. Wow, what an icon she is  .

Just give it a little while longer and she will fade into the background and she will be on the VH1 special "Where are they now?" She is no one special, she really has no talent, unless you count sex, which certainly doesn't make her no different than anyone else and she has money. I'm still trying to figure out where the icon part comes in...

Marilyn, she's not an icon, she's an 'iconic figure,' I said. The two are different. she's not a leader, she's not really special for any reason, except her sexual exploits and party girl behavior, as you said. But when I personally think of the 2000s and the entertainment industry I think of Paris. That's why I say she's an iconic figure. She's no role model, but she's representative of the era.

I don't know, but I think they are, that's just my opinion from how I've seen her act. It's not the point though(to me), she said she would not have a boyfriend for a year. She's a liar, and her motto is, and I quote "the way I live my life is I tell people what they want to hear and then I do what I want".

I'm a bit like you, as far as believing people when they tell me something, at first anyways. But when I catch them in a lie or see their body language(like Britney at some point when she didn't want to answer the sex question anymore and hinted that sex was a beautiful thing), then I tend not to believe them anymore.

Add to that Deryck Whibley who just married Avril.

Today I read she turned down the role of Lucy Ewing b/c it would be too demanding for her at this time in her career.
