It did. It's just on Episode 4. And the first night was two episodes. They really pass by really fast. I am living it though Law Roach is definitely doing Janice Dickinson from her ANTM days...a role I used to give to Nina Garcia. She really has mellowed in her older years.

I'm going to jump in today! Can't wait. I really hope it's a quality season, because they can't afford to not do it right this time. The last one was very underwhelming in my opinion.

Well that's sad to hear re: last season. I feel it will have some of its spark with Heidi back though. Hopefully, Tim will be back at some point.

 

And you just reminded me that I have a new episode to watch. lol. So far, so good. And I can say this season they really do know how to do a cliffhanger.

Chile I am watching the newest season right now and gagging. This has potential to be the greatest season of Project Runway evAH. The first episode was wild at the end.

Sorry for the late reply, first time I'm sitting down in front of the forum in so long...

I last watched mid-season... and my favorites are... I'm not gonna lie - the twins. They are so messy and entertaining, but also talented. I hope one of them wins! 😄The season has been a mess, and I'm definitely missing Tim...

It's been so long...Iol.

I loved Ms. Joan and the Asian guy for sure. I do like Veejay cuz she gave good Housewife Confessional. Just ugh. No morning coffee yet so I can't think of anyone else I liked at the moment.

I love Ms. Joan too! And Veejay is entertaining, but to me her mistake is that she is shifting the focus from her work to her personality. She is a great designer as well... maybe even better than the others. But they don't focus on that, they focus on her being catty and calculating. I like the twins, because they are cute (I can't help it) and they are just a MESS, especially the one with the longer hair and the mustache... that one is WILD.

One thing that I'm starting to notice is how Law Roach is always sitting in a way that he ignores Heidi... I don't know if it's just in my head... LOL. But I'm sensing some animosity there. Heidi is a bit rusty for me this season. It's almost like the first couple of episodes she had forgotten how to do it... but now she's getting better with each episode. Tim should come back, Christian is so bland for the role they've given him. He can't do it. He is a amazing as a designer, but lack the personality to be that quirky witty mentor we need on the show. The absence is so felt. They did Tim dirty.

I did it eventually. And drinking it now. ;)

But overall, I liked the season though I saw some older fans had issues with it. And I agree to an extent. I believe I told you that I was binging it (and I see that my system has been adding on more seasons since I stopped), I found the show so inspiring. And that was due to us the audience getting to watch it all, the designers' day-to-day before work, their day-to-day at the studio, etc. I felt this season did not have a lot of that, focusing instead on the personalities and one day challenges (vs the multi-day challenges). I still liked it, but I missed that aspect of it.

I also miss Tim Gunn. I've gotten used to Cristian, but he did have more of a backseat this season than he has in the other seasons.
