Webmaster Errol Posted January 23 Webmaster Share Posted January 23 The “Hollywood Squares” promotion continues as CBS announced on Thursday that it will be giving the hit game show a special week-long daytime birth with encore episodes airing in the daypart during the week of January 27-31, replacing previously scheduled repeat episodes of “The Price is Right” in the 2:00 p.m. ET/1:00 p.m. CT/PT slot vacated by the now-canceled talk show “The Talk,” which concluded its 15 season run last month. Featuring award-winning actress and talk show host Drew Barrymore (“The Drew Barrymore Show”) in the center square and hosted by Nate Burleson (“CBS Mornings,” “The NFL Today”), “Hollywood Squares” is a primetime revival of the iconic game show which showcases a unique lineup of celebrity guests in every episode as they take turns answering questions while contestants determine the legitimacy of their responses to score points and win exciting prizes. In addition to encores airing in daytime, CBS also recently announced that the show will be moving to an earlier slot on Wednesday nights as part of the network’s game show programming block.
