Ratings for the week August 5-9, 2024

Soaps rebounded from the previous week.

I think lots of people were expecting Hunter or Krista from the previews... and that's why they tuned in. I also think Rebecca will lead to an initial increase just because it will be freaky to watch her play Taylor.

It was the highest demo day for all soaps for whatever reason. I'm not sure if the weather was bad in an area or something to cause it.

Hmmm, so the first full week without Patrick Mulcahey as co-head writer and GH's ratings go up over 90K.  Coincidence?

GH ratings rose but still remained under two million for what i believe is the seventeenth straight week. I guess Lucky will bring the show back to two million.

If that would bring in ratings then they should give JJ all the money he wants lol 

At least they went up a little, but not that much. We will see if they go up more in the next one with the Olympics gone. Can't seem to comment on the Ratings blog maybe disqus not working?

Bold is having a better week. Hmmm...
