Hi, I’m looking for storyline that involve characters in any soaps that got impersonated whether by mask, possession, surgery, etc. basically someone pretending to be somebody else.

thank you!

So technically the last decade on every soap?

I thought Faison appearing with a face mask of Duke and pretending to be him was a solid one. It brought back some major characters and the story was good overall

Marion Crane on Guiding Light aka Brent Lawrence |

Nola Paterson as Martha Corey of The Edge of Night - Nora wore a mask and disguise to befriend and poison her husband's mistress.

Both of these are FREAKY

Do you mean characters who made up another persona or characters who impersonated another character on the show? The three below would be the latter:

AMC - Adam sometimes impersonated his twin, Stuart
OLTL - Patrick London had plastic surgery to impersonate Bo Buchanan (late 1980s)
EON - Slightly different as he introduced the character but the first Sky Whitney was later revealed to be his surgically altered "friend," Jefferson Brown. The real Sky came along later. (early 1980s)
