Had a crush on a girl since middle school. She turned me down for homecoming in high school so instead I went with a guy to homecoming.

Later on in life I became a godfather to a godson that looked just like my only girl crush.

It's the son we would've had if we had hooked up.

Yup!

I have a crazy middle school story, too -- even though on the 1-10 gay scale, I'm an 11 who passes as straight.

From 7th grade until my mid-20s, I was infatuated with ONE girl and only one girl (even though as that 7th grader, I was constantly checking out the hot senior boys). She was nice to me, but I never let her or anyone else know how nuts I was about her...all through high school, all through college (we attended the same university), and beyond.

I know it sounds ridiculous. Not only did she show no interest in me, but it couldn't go anywhere because I'm on the far end of that gay scale. But yeah, I was "in love" with her.

I'm a 5 in the gay scale. I pass for straight very easily. Except for once when I said the word lovely and my female friend looked at me and said....What did you say?

Sounds exactly like my story.

She later married a white fat cowboy.

He looks much older than us.

I still see her on occasion around the city.

I think almost 99.9 percent of people think I am straight when they first interact in real life with me. I must give out some hardcore straight vibes. Sometimes, I try to act more gay, just to make them realize I AM not straight and to leave me alone.  I am that person that always attracts females who want to turn me straight and believe I am deep down straight. I've been told more times by women that they love me than men. My husband has told me I am a female magnet.

Straight males and me don't mix well. We always end up in huge conflict. My therapist will say I have a daddy issues and a negative attitude towards straight men... I will dispute him.

But to bring the topic back on... I think this is the only woman I will turn fully straight for. (If my husband allows me )
