@Contessa Donatella you need to watch this. 

I encourage all, to watch this brilliant Documentary. It spotlights many actors/actresses of African American descent and their experiences in Hollywood and achieving the goal of being Number One! 

Part 1 focuses on the men, and Part 2 is all about the women (Grab your Kleenex).
