There are no “new viewers”. The soaps all tried this in the late 90s/early 00s with lots of young millennials (Days’ Last Blast Crew, Y&R’s Glo by Jabot, Passions, etc). It worked while those characters were airing but the younger viewers didn’t stick around in the long run (except for Passions).

In my opinion soaps need to write for the viewers they have and reward long-time fans with great storytelling, longer scenes, romance, fan favorite returns, etc.

The show needs a total overhaul like WJB did with Y&R. Bradley needs to get rid of the Forresters and Logan's and bring a new family as the center focus of the show. Bradley will never do it but that is what needs to happen.

🤣 I agree, but I would keep Brooke... Someone needs to sleep with all the men.

P.S - Also keep RJ.ezgif-2-c53c9a65de.thumb.jpg.ae586732df0
