I don't know about it making more sense for Damian to be supportive or not. I know that Europeans seem to be more open to things esp. nudity and all, but the first post in the Breaking News it points out that Paolo says Damian is old-fashioned.

I am like Mrs. Lucinda, I do not see Holden as unaccepting of Luke and he is going to have to do a 160 degree turnaround if they choose to write him that way because with him figuring it out - he has made no indications that he would be disapproving. Even with Jack that day he did not seem to be.

There would be more drama if Holden rejected him and Damian didn't, but I think it would be a bad way for the writers to go. I don't know about this at all - Damian just has not been around for much of Luke's life at all - not even when he was so sick.

One thing I think about Damian and it was clear even when he tried to take Luke before - he clearly wanted Luke to carry on the Grimaldi line and be the Grimaldi heir. This will not sit well with him for that reason.

I will be anxious to see how they play this out. I still think the better route would have been to focus on those people who have been most important in Luke's life and how they handle this. Damian is a wonderful character and I love the actor, but he has just not been there and his opinion in this really does not matter to me.

there is way more drama if Damian is supportive. Plus, it doesn't mean Holden has to be unsupportive. Just "this guy, who doesn't even know him accepts this, why can't I?"

And if Damian just comes in being a bastard about this it does nothing but ruin Damian's character. I loved Damian Grimaldi back in the day, I am not ready to see that character trashed for this story.

I'm not sure how it's going to work either. I don't know if it's implied that Emily's baby won't make it, either from an abortion or miscarriage. I doubt that ATWT would be that bold to have stem cells from an aborted fetus be used to save Johnny's life (if they did, I would be absolutely amazed), so I assume that Emily will miscarry the baby and that's how they get the stem cells.

Yesterday Jen opted out of giving Johnny a vaccination b/c his last one caused him to get sick, so that will probably be how Johnny gets sick.

But I don't know if they're going to do something where both babies survive? I don't know if that's medically possible.
