Nothing but good news in this article.

I LOVED Michael Bay's Texas Chainsaw Massacre. I rewatch it all the time. It was just as raw as the original, and had great character drama (particularly the scene where Andy begs Erin to kill him as he's been left to die hung on a meat hook.)

I can't wait to see what he'll do to Pamela Voorhes and her first murder spree on the councellors who let her ugly son die

THEN, we have Jordana Brewster, who I already love, doing another Chainsaw movie by Michael Bay.

I'm in horror movie heaven right now.

I am excited about this. The Friday the 13th series is not exactly known for garnering critical praise but if produced at all similarly to the Chainsaw remake this should be the grittiest, most fun in the entire series. Hopefully we won't have another "Jason X."

Jason X ... I always wondered if they just made that to keep their Jason Vorhees rights from lapsing or something.

It was said that they made Jason X to whet Jason fans' appetites while they worked on Freddy vs Jason. Some bad movies are at least fun... Jason X not so much :-P

I just couldnt' get over the fact it featured half the cast of Andromeda.
