His lack of a neck.

Scotty just looks like a homeless person who found a matching suit. I never understood his appeal before, but now, he is just gross. Chia Pet hair, grumpy and stupid. There is absolutely no appeal and the "story" sucks (assuming there is a story here...I'm not sure). This is yet one more example of a returned vet but no substance! How many are we up to now?
