I personally believe that postal workers--like most others who lost their jobs or are in danger of getting terminated--are very hard workers. The awful truth of the matter is that many will have to be laid off (or take pay cuts) simply because regular mail is used so much less frequently than it used to be. It sucks for the postal workers, and this is something that is completely not their fault.
