Best and Worst Movie Intros/Themes of All-Time

Since we already have a thread devoted to the best and worst TV intros and themes of all-time, it seems only fitting to open up a thread devoted to the best and worst movie intros and themes. Truth be told, I am uncertain as to what the worst movie intro and theme is. However, in my opinion, the two best movie intros/themes belong to the first two Christopher Reeve Superman movies.

The intro for Superman I consists of majestic credits scrolling past an active space environment, all set to John Williams' unforgettable score. Unfortunately, I cannot find an embeddable version of these credits on YouTube, so you will need to click on the link below in order to view them:

The intro for Superman II is similar to that of I. This time, however, the majestic block letters in space alternate with scenes from the first movie that serve as a recap to it. (This is a great idea, and I am surprised that few, if any, other sequels have ever featured clips of the previous film while the credits roll.) Thankfully, I found an embeddable intro for all to enjoy:

The intros for the remaining Christopher Reeve Superman movies are--like the remaining movies themselves--poorly done, and certainly do not quality as "best of" material. (In fact, it is best to pretend that they never even existed in the first place.)
