Primary lead singer of the Grass Roots passed away yesterday at the age of 68. Rob sang lead on about 2/3 of all the Grass Roots big hits, sometimes sharing lead vocals with Warren Enter or Dennis Provisor. The original Grass Roots had 13 top 40 hits between 1966 and 1975:
