Members Gray Bunny Posted July 1, 2010 Members Share Posted July 1, 2010 Does anybody know the name of the classical music piece Guiding Light used as its theme song in the 40's (on radio) and 50's on TV? I know it was more than just a theme song because I heard it used years later on Days of Our Lives (late '95/early '96) when Stefano was having a fantasy about Marlena and the classical music in the background was GL's old 1950's theme! Anybody know the name of it? Also, on DAYS back in late 1996/early 1997 when Sami was in a coma after Austin accidentally ran her down, they played the video of Austin & Sami's Paris wedding over and over as an inspiration to get her to wake up from her coma. The video had a classical music song that I years later heard randomly on the radio. Anybody know the name of it? If need be, I'll provide a clip from DAYS that contains that song.
