Tracey said on her facebook that she just started a new story on Friday. I am sure she will continue to be mostly supporting, but I doubt she will find herself in Gina territory. The Sarah story was a critical fail, but ratings wise it ended at about the same ratings it started. Maybe the real meat of the story will be the fall out. The doppelganger story was lousy, but it can allow for some character driven story if they focus on the effect on those involved. Jana is lacking her emotions, Lauren is definitely experincing some anxiety issues based on her scenes with Phyllis and Sharon at the police station, and Emily has rejected Jack and no doubt will face issues with being locked up for so long.

As for Branson, I have to wonder though if he will be playing Scotty, Lauren's son, rather than a potential romantic interest down the road. The show went out of their way not to have Michael even kiss Sarah or share the same bed in the doppelganger story, so I can't see them splitting up anytime soon. The writers had the chance to cause problems with Paul and with Sarah, but didn't. They seem to be that unique soap couple that the writers want to keep in a stable marriage.

I live in a mid sized city and we have drive ins and classic theaters. I don't think that is all that unusual, especially in the mid west. The drive in is opened a little early though. Usually they don't open where I live until Memorial Day weekend.

I thought the GTO was a JT/Colleen thing. I don't remember JT and Mac ever talking about it in their past short and very boring relationship. I am not sure of that pairing. Mac is supposed to be this upright and honorable character, yet she has now been involved with two married men with young children involved. Obviously, carrying the twins makes her want an instafamily, but I don't see much story there with her and JT.

As for Billy and Victoria, they just feel like a plot contrived couple. The story really isn't about them as a romantic couple. It is more about how their families will react to them being a couple. They just feel so forced to me. I still don't get what they would even see in each other. Y&R always rushes their couples nowadays and then wonders why they never last. Victoria has been married to three men in four years, and Billy has gone through half of GC in a year and a half.

Just getting caught up with this schlock - fleetingly...

does Eddie Winslow call what he does acting? I'm just curious. Seeing him emote is like listening to two porcupines mating on a chalkboard.
