The Liz Hubbard/Lucinda Walsh Appreciation Zone

If Liz Hubbard does not get an Emmy nod for her flawless performance as ATWT's diva Lucinda Walsh this past year, I will be shocked and disappointed. As Emma Snyder said of Lucinda, she has "such dignity." This can be said of both the character and the actress. Liz is an amazing actress and I was so happy that she was again given some meaty material. She is someone who I could never tire of and hope she gets many more good storylines. It is hard to believe she's 72! She doesn't look a day over 60 and has so much zest for life. Join in on this thread to say Bravo to "La Walsh"

She's been great in her cancer storyline. I really hope that her Emmy-worthy performance this past year doesn't get over-shadowed by the also worthy performances in the "baby storyline."

I'm not sure, but I think Liz would be in the lead actress cat, Jennifer Ferrin in the supporting and Jennifer Landon in the younger actress...at least I hope that is how it goes because IMO all three of these ladies deserve not only the nods, but the wins. OK, back to Liz gushing.
