I think you have to give this to the inept and ever-nagging Mac Scorpio on GH. His town is riddled with crime more than any city this side of Gotham, and even Commissioner Gordon and Chief O'Hara are smarter cops than this loser.

I loved when a few years back his drip of a niece yelled at Robert that he should not give Mac a hard time and how Mac won medals for his police work.

All time worst for me would have to involve Llanview police. Awful!!

Antonio accidentally shot Ben (not that I minded, but still...), ran up various crimes when he was going through some mental breakdown.
