His town is riddled with crime more than any city this side of Gotham, and even Commissioner Gordon and Chief O'Hara are smarter cops than this loser. I loved when a few years back his drip of a niece yelled at Robert that he should not give Mac a hard time and how Mac won medals for his police work. Andy Harrison was a dim bulb who was regularly fooled and had her career put through the wringer by that hot cop Manzo and then by Carlo. Antonio accidentally shot Ben (not that I minded, but still...), ran up various crimes when he was going through some mental breakdown. John is just an idiot.
