Y&R actress to take ANOTHER filming leave

Of course, I can't speak for the whole cast, but Michael Graziadei, Adrienne Frantz and Daniel Goddard have all said good things about her. She is also friends with Christel Khalil and Vail Bloom and keeps in contact with Eyal Podell. She also had a rapport with Don Diamont as evidenced by my avatar.

The cast at Y&R has always been a supposed little tight knit family but do you actually think the actors are going to tell-all and tell the God's honest truth about their cast? Unless your a vet, Nia Peeples or Victoria Rowell, nope, not if they want to keep their jobs and in the event that they do lose their jobs, for fear of being blacklisted, they will keep their mouths shut! It's the behind-the-scenes crew that does the talking from make-up artists to interns who will then want to remain anonymous.

For example, after Adrianne Leon was fired, Eyal Podell was the only one who had the balls to speak up and to actually be quoted about her. Leon and Khalil were supposed best friends at the time, but CK sure didn't stick out her neck for Adrianne. Shortly after EP was quoted speaking fondly of AL, then LML pretty much killed all of his storyline. Of course, it didn't help things that the then popular Colleen/Adrian Korbel pairing couldn't replicate the chemistry that Leon/Podell shared.

It has often been said that the behind-the-scenes shenanigans of a soap is more interesting than the actual soap.

Please don't put words in my mouth. My post had nothing to do with the fact that I do not like her as an actress and anyone that reads my posts will know that I think she's a vapid ingenue. ;)

How old are you 12? Just because she's had her mug taken with the some of the cast doesn't mean anything (which is paid for by the network, BTW). Quite frankly, I don't know and I really don't care who is friends with whom on the cast but that is not the point, is it?

You'll be happy to know, what little dialogue she was given today was STILL full of her Aussie vernacular.

The greatest tv series season finale in history.
    • Mick Savage was sooo unbearable. And more unbearable was the reaction from the female characters to him - they were acting like he is God's gift to women and sooo irresistible. To a point of unbelievable cringe.
    • Today was a short one. Only 33 minutes.  The ‘Part One’ graphic at the beginning was pretty interesting though. I didn’t expect them to do something like that.  I like how everything was focused around John and his family and friends. Again, the acting and the dialogue was very well done and well written. And I love that they were able to incorporate Drake’s, “swing for the fences” phrase into the script. It was nice seeing everyone interact with each other, especially characters who don’t often share scenes together. It felt like every character was part of a big family or community. Plus, an outdoor funeral in June makes a lot more sense than an outdoor funeral in December.  But yeah, it’s very, very strange that Will isn’t at the funeral, especially since we know that

I would much rather he had been there today. And, where’s Anna too? And Jack and Jennifer? What was the point of bringing them all back if they weren’t going to attend the funeral? I expected Steve to want to close down BlackPatch, though I’d rather he just retire and let Paul take it over. But I like that Kayla was there to comfort him. I wonder if he’s going to change his mind at some point.  It was nice seeing Shane again too. Now, he just needs to have more scenes with his son lol but I enjoyed seeing him comfort Marlena. I’m not really sure about his interaction with Cat though? Was it really necessary for this to happen now, at John’s funeral? They could’ve waited a little longer to introduce this story arc.  Btw, was Tate bleeding from his head in his first scene with Arianna?

    • Now this strikes me as funny. I have it up on my acct. The thing is I only have S2. Didn't want either 1 or 3.  Perhaps I should just list all of these that I have up.  Parodies: Dirty Sexy Money, Filthy Rich Incomplete: The Monroes, All That Glitters, Falcon Crest (have all just not all up), Once & Again S2 only Complete: Models Inc, Pasadena, Pacific Palisades, Paper Dolls, Flamingo Road
    • This is wonderful! Thank you for posting this! I loved the first two seasons and never got to see the final season when they cancelled the DVD release. I've been hoping this popped up on streaming but no luck. Happy I'll finally get to see how it ended!

    • Arguably DAYS OF OUR LIVES has been brilliant lately & definitely was last week. But, here I am with nitpick & technicalities. This was the only misstep but it was just a stupid thing that should have been caught. Deidre Hall as Marlena has this one problematic line, "It didn't matter how many identities you had, I always knew exactly who you were, you were the man who saved my life." - Marlena, DAYS, 6-2-25 Unfortunately the flashback closest to it was when Marlena was on the phone, terrified because she thought he was Stefano. Yes, it's true that the line is not accurate. There were many times when she did not feel the way she is claiming because of whatever was going on in story with his 'retconned to hell & back' identity & origin story. Does it keep the whole week from being called excellent? Nope.
