Cameron Mathison and Sherri Shepherd to host

We all deal with varying degrees of ignorance in our lives, none of us knows everything, but I have a hard time dealing Sherri Shepherd. Clearly she has a brain, she was a riot, impeccable timing, .. why does she choose to play it like she's as dumb as a bag of grass seed on The View?

Sherri Shepherd plays dumb on The View for the very reason you point out: she's smart. With her 'dumb girl' routine she's able to fly under the radar (ie Bill Geddie the a--hole EP) and when she does say something near her actual level of intelligence everyone is very impressed. Sherri does NOT want to be like Rosie, she wants to sit at the back of the bus and collect a steady cheque.
